Woods Manor Red Fox Condo is a perfect choice for your next Breckenridge adventure. It’s a short 10-minute walk (500 yards) to the Quicksilver Lift and Main Street; there’s also a free shuttle stop at the complex entrance. The clubhouse features an indoor hot tub, sauna, steam room and game/workout room, and you’ll like the heated parking garage and elevator. Your family and friends will love it!

This charming 1-bedroom + den, 2-bathroom deluxe condo works perfectly for of up to six guests. The living area features large windows that bring in natural light (and great views of the ski area), a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer in in the condo, parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).

Amazing spring break skiing, condo was clean and had everything needed for our family. Indoor garage parking with no need for the car all week as the bus stop is right at the end of the driveway (only a 10 minute walk to Quicksilver Superchair) and under 10 minute walk to Main Street for shopping and dining.

We stayed for 5 nights, June 2023. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were perfect...full kitchen, huge walk in closet and full washer/dryer. Nice fireplace and all very clean. We saw elk in the front yard, as well as wild turkey. The creek runs right along the property, which is very peaceful. The location is also very convenient to RMNP, and has its own beautiful view. We would definitely look to stay again on our next trip to Estes Park.

The Rental was clean and well maintained. The location was great, walking distance to the downtown area with all the shops and restaurants. Only thing I would change is if it had a key pad entry versus having to pick up and drop off keys at their office which is located in town. During the day the traffic in the downtown area can get hectic, so it'd be awesome if we could go straight to the rental! its better from a convenience perspective. Either way I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were looking for a one-bedroom King size bed condo with two bathrooms. (I need lots of space.) This condo did not disappoint. If you are into cooking or baking, there were plenty of pans to do so (a crockpot too). There was a beautiful view of the mountains plus an elevator instead of three flights of stairs. We will definitely stay here again!!

We have skied several places in CO. but had not skied in Breckinridge and decided to go this spring break. Not knowing the lay of the land, we just rolled the dice to find lodging and came upon this unit at Woods Manor. Pictures looked great and location sounded good. It turned out even better than expected. Great unit with updated full kitchen and baths, heated underground parking and very short walk to free bus pick up to slopes. The walk to main street to hit the town was a little further but totally doable if you don't mind walking and avoiding looking for parking. The unit was very clean with everything you need and great views. Working with Summit Mountain Rentals was great. Check in check out uncomplicated and they were very good at keeping us up to date via text and e-mail on arrival instructions and unit reediness etc. I would definitely stay at this unit or complex again and would use Summit Mountain Rentals again to book any other location as well.

Overall the stay was nice. The location was great and the overall condition of the condo was good. The king bed was firm (not necessarily a bad thing) and the pullout couch mattress has seen better days. The kitchen has most needs, but unlike many other rental properties, plan on not having any condiments in the fridge. The check in and check out process was great! They did a wonderful job of accommodating all our needs or wants.

Spent a week in Breckenridge, golfing all over the area. Our accommodations were excellent with one exception: the mattress in the master bedroom is way too firm for our backs. Otherwise a lovely, well furnished condo with great views of Peaks 9 and 10.

It was amazing. 180' views. Soundproof condo with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms were large. Balcony was great to sit on even in rain. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. The den has a sliding door to give privacy and murphy bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to main street and the village. We will stay here again.

Very nice and spacious condo with everything we needed. Location is very good, a very short drive to town. Super comfortable king bed in bedroom and our college kids were also comfortable on the Murphy bed and sleeper couch. The only thing I’d suggest is more beverage glasses and, I’m not a fan of the interesting silverware. Also, we rented a large SUV with a ski rack and couldn’t get into the garage because the ceiling was too low. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We decided to get away just the two of us for Christmas and do some riding. The condo is located within steps of a bus stop, and a short walk to the many shops/restaurants that Breck has to offer! The view from the many windows is perfect. Fireplace is cozy and heats up room well. The kitchen is stocked with more than enough to make a fine meal. Garage parking a huge plus as we did go over to Keystone for a day. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd year staying here for Thanksgiving. It's great for our family of 4. Remodeled bathrooms are excellent and the kitchen is nice for cooking large or small meals. We will definitely be back. The WiFi worked great this year, too!

What a wonderful condo! Spacious and quiet. Beautiful upgraded fully stocked kitchen and spacious bathrooms. Close enough to walk but we drove. The study with the murphy bed was very nice. The only complaint is the King Bed in master was very uncomfortable. Luckily there is plenty of blankets, so we laid those down to add some padding.

It was a nice, clean place. Plenty of room and nice garage parking. The only thing that was a small issue was that there was only one shower and a only a tub in the master so all 5 of us had to schedule times for the shower. A shower head added to the master would make it perfect. Overall, a great place!

We love this unit and will definitely return. My only complaint is with the Wifi, which was basically non-working most of our visit. It definitely needs an upgrade to 2018 standards. It's the only reason not to give it 5 stars. Otherwise, the unit has comfy beds, great bathrooms and kitchen and an amazing view!

Clean, cozy, amazing views, felt like it could be our own home! Kitchen had all supplies needed. Two bathrooms was a plus. Washer and dryer were super convenient. Layout of the unit was spacious, enough room to store everything and for us to spread out. Really enjoyed reading a book, having the fireplace on, watching the snow fall, looking out at the mountains and enjoying a glass of wine!!!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was so cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains! There was enough room for 6 people but my husband and I loved all the extra space to stretch out. Yes cozy and spacious at the same time. Loved it!

We enjoyed the condo. It was a little dated, but it served our purpose. We thought it was a little smaller than the impression the pictures gave us. The building was quiet and we never saw another person there. The garage parking was really nice to have considering it snowed every day we were there.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We are a family of 5 (3 teens). The unit was clean and well equipped. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 lift and "The Maggie". The underground garage parking and elevator were very handy. We would stay here again.

The rental condo was better than most we have stayed in over the years when visiting Breckenridge. Management company was very nice and accommodating. The condo unit was very clean, up to date appearance wise, and in our opinion looks bigger than the pictures show.

We stayed at Woods Manor 301A between Christmas and New Years of 2013, and we were extremely pleased! The location is perfect, as it's not so close to the slopes that you have a ton of people around constantly, but close enough that you can walk to the Peak 9 in about 5-10 minutes, and the south end of Main Street in about 5. The convenience of having your own kitchen in a condo was wonderful for breakfasts or evenings that we didn't want to get ready for the night after a long day on the slopes. There is storage for your skis/boards in lockers in the heated garage and a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't have to overpack the ski gear.

We stayed in this condo over the Christmas holiday. Check in was a breeze; our shuttle took us to the property manager to check in and get our key before dropping us off. Condo was very cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet and away from the crowds, which we liked. Shuttle stop literally across the street from the complex. Only negative was the distance from the grocery store, but knowing that before we arrived, we brought most of what we needed. I could probably live in this condo and be quite happy!
