This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight. It’s located near the south end of Breckenridge on Highway 9 near the Breckenridge Ice Rink – a great choice for a fun family outing – or, take the easy stroll to Main Street. It’s even a short walk to see Isak Heartstone, Breck’s large-scale, wooden troll sculpture!

The large, open living room welcomes you as you enter; you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two expansive balconies located off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular views of the ski slopes and Baldy Mountain. The full kitchen has been expertly remodeled, and there's seating for eight at the modern high-top dining table.

Other amenities include covered assigned parking spaces, private laundry, elevator service and complimentary Wi-Fi. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • Master bedroom: two full beds, private bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV, private balcony. (sleeps 4)
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: captains bunk (twin over full). (sleeps 3)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 covered spaces total.

Great location, only 5 min walk to Main Street. Beautiful views. Condo was clean, plenty of starter pack items. Parking spot was right next to elevator which was fabulous for trekking suitcases up and down. Communication was just right . Would definitely recommend and use again.

This was a perfect condo for our family of 6. The management company was very responsive from booking to check in to check out. The condo is located just off Main Street so a little quieter but close to the action. We liked the short hiking trail right on property. The Mountain View was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed...kitchen fully stocked, beds were comfortable, tons of board games, in unit laundry, plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, functional layout, and came with everything you could ask for to make your stay nice. The only complaint I have, and why I did not give a 5 star overall was we were not told the pool/hottub facility that was originally advertised, was not open. After a long day on the slopes, that was not ideal. But the convenient location/bus stop was great, the place was well supplied, and the place was very home-y feeling.

Cute place, great views, great location! The only thing I was disappointed with was the hot tub was closed for renovations and I was not made aware until check in date. Overall, we loved our stay! Tons of games, very clean & well kept & would definitely stay again!

The condo has nicely updated baths and kitchen, all of which were well-stocked with towels, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. The location is right at a bus stop, making getting to Breck quick and easy. The unit is on the 3rd floor, offering great views of the mountains. Would stay here again!

We had 4 adults staying in the condo but would have been comfortable with more people. It was bigger than expected with 3 bedrooms and a very large living room/dining area. Convenient hallway with plenty of hooks to hang all of your wet clothes after a day in the snow. The bus stop to get to the mountain or downtown was just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and automatic ice maker. The fireplace in the unit did not work during our stay. There is a hot tub available to use, but it is a short walk away and is inside. Overall, I would recommend the place.

We took a family trip out to Breck for some annual leaf peeping and really enjoyed out stay at this condo. Our family of 6 adults + 2 kids had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the easy access to the main street in Breck to see some shops. It also had some nearby hiking trails that were a nice bonus. Place was very clean and organized. The only suggestion I would give was that the room with the bunk bed ended up heating up quite a bit overnight and we didn't know how/if we could control the thermostat.

The rental was fine. I felt that the $500 damage deposit should have been disclosed before we rented the condo. I was not made aware of this expense until the paperwork from the ski and racquet club was sent to me. If we had rented a larger unit, the damage deposit would not have been affordable for us, and we would have had to cancel. The condo was clean and easy to get to, its parking was a breeze. I have two negative things -- the carpet in the living room was very stained, and the beds were not comfortable at all. We all woke up with horrible backaches the two nights we slept there.

This was a great unit right on the bus route to the slopes and within walking distance to Brewery. Only thing that I would change is a later checkout time. We felt 10am was a little early especially having a later flight out.

The elevator was pretty bad. The bathroom flooded while we were there and there was not enough hot water for a 3-bedroom condo.

The location of the condo to town was great. You can walk to town if the weather is good. The condo was pretty good. The elevator gets persnickety in the cold weather. The kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans and other necessary implements. A griddle would be a great addition. Check in and Check out was easy.
