Super clean, everything in the kitchen and bathroom are clean.
Great location, near Main Street and bus stop.
Convenient, the room provides enough utensils and other electronics, we don’t need to bring any other things.
Size: the square of the room is much bigger than the same price hotel room, with a living room, cozy sofa.
If we gonna ski there again, definitely book the room again.

A beautiful and relaxing space. If you plan to cook much, you will find an essentials only stocked kitchen. It's sufficient but bring any spices, oils, or other basics you may need. Cooking is completely optional though, being within walking distance to many great eateries.

Overall, great experience and a very nice condo for solo, couple, or young family ski-cation. Caveat, though... Per title, it’s a pretty wrenching hike up the hill to catch the nearest lift — Snowflake Lift. It’s not that it’s such a great distance (only about 1/4 mile), it’s more that it’s a significant elevation change — and remember the air at Breck is thin, given the high elevation.

Great 16 day stay - our third stay at Wildwood Suites. Great location to town and trails walk to everything. Particularly like units facing Sawmill Creek and hearing the water run by. Did not like that with a 2 + week stay linens were not exchanged. Had to go to the rental company and ask for them and then replace sheets myself.

We were lucky to find this cute clean unit 3 weeks before spring break! Absolutely enjoyed the unit, clean and updated, buildings location to town. The one drawback, other units owned by different agencies so there are dogs in other units that barked all day! And very thin walls made for some parts of our stay miserable. Nothing Summit Mountain Rentals can control, but if you are going to R&R and stay in, you may have some rude neighbors who dump their dogs and leave for the day. Guarantee their dogs had a lousy vacation! But, as for our unit, a nice little place

This is a great place to stay. The property is in a good location, close to downtown. The amenities are nice and great place to act as a home base to explore the surrounding area. The only downside was the amount of noise from above/below neighbors late in the evening. Despite the noise, we’ll be back.

I stayed here recently for two nights with my family of four. I had read previous reviews stating that this unit is tight for over two people and I very much agree with that. We knew that going into it and decided it was alright for just two nights. Even for one night, its just too tight. The unit itself has basic furnishings/decor, it is nicely equipped, clean, and it is relaxing to hear the stream that runs by. However, it is not relaxing listening to the footsteps above and the loud TV below. It is a 2nd story unit in a 3 story building. I booked this thinking it was a top floor unit. It is not. It was not the quiet mountain getaway that I was hoping for. I would not stay here again. The pictures make it look better than the overall experience.

Sparkling clean and the perfect location! This unit was on the back corner with a balcony overlooking the stream. We were within walking distance from downtown and all of the fun activities. Also just a short drive up to the ski resort. Inside the condo was clean and comfortable! If you're looking for a great place to vacation this should be at the top of your list!

We have been staying in this very condo for many years and highly recommend it to friends and family when they travel to Colorado to visit. Very easy access from the parking lot makes bringing in your goodies a breeze. Corner unit provides a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The deck is so tranquil you may not want to leave the condo but town is an easy walk away, no need to use your car when staying here! Easy access to events, shopping, and dining! Cannot recommend this property enough...perfect for a romantic getaway from it all!

We stayed for 3 nights in mid August and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is at the end of a quiet street a few blocks from downtown and walking to town was close. The balcony was nice and we sat out there often. The creek was dry but it is still private. The bed was fairly comfortable as was the sofa bed. I don’t believe there is A/C but it was cool enough anyway with windows open. The washer and dryer worked well and there is free parking in front. Lots to do in town and nearby. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for four days. It was a great stay. We were less than 5 minutes from Main Street. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. The pillows in the room are not great. I suggest bringing your own. Unfortunately, with the drought, there wasn't water in the creek like we were hoping. But we will definitely be coming back! We checked in after hours and it was super easy and convenient.

This is a hidden gem among Breckenridge condo rentals. We have vacationed in Breck for years and just found this property mainly because our children are grown and we are now in the market for one bedroom condos. It was clean, had everything we needed and is a great location by the creek. (The creek was dammed up for construction downstream so that was a bummer.) We'll stay again and hopefully the creek will be running. The shared laundry facilities is a pain but otherwise everything was wonderful, especially sitting on the back poach and reading with my morning/afternoon coffee.

This 2nd story condo has a great view of pine trees and a roaring creek. Perfect for sitting on the balcony. It's close to Breckenridge shopping, the gondola, etc. Property was very clean! Would be small for 4 people but doable, but perfect for 2. Would rent it again!
