2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – SKI IN – WALK TO TOWN – SLEEPS 8!

If you and your group want to be close to the slopes and close to town, this is the place! It’s just a short (half a block) walk from the Snowflake lift, and at the end of the day, ski the 4 O’Clock Run back to the property. Breckenridge’s Main Street is just a couple of blocks away or a quick ride on the free shuttle. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the property, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool!

This nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to eight people. It boasts an open, comfortable living room with a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV above it. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you need to keep the gang fueled up for the slopes, and there’s plenty of seating: the picnic-style table seats six, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The balcony offers a quiet retreat to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities, and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was the perfect size for our small family trip (four people) but could easily fit more. I am a person who does my research and I read a lot of reviews. I would say is the distance from this condo to the lift is more like 350 yards, uphill on an icy sidewalk. The walk to town is about 12-15min(we took Uber because the parking in town is insufficient) The ski in capability was awesome!!! Well equipped kitchen and humidifiers were a plus with the altitude! Overall this condo was a win for our family. We would definitely rent again.

The internet is very slow, for the amount you charge pay the extra $10 to get better speed. The cable doesn't even offer ESPN, pay the extra $10 to have better channels. The bedding and sheets have had better days. Get some new ones. Your a few hundred bucks away from a great place.

Overall great experience. Other reviews mention the closet space is tight, and it is. However there are ample drawers for storage and we made it work for a family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Living and eating spaces are very well organized for a small space (felt bigger than it really was). Laundry on-site is right be the front door - very convenient. It is right on 4 O’clock Road and vehicles can be loud at times due to the gradient of the hill. We got used to that quickly. The entire place was very clean and had plenty of extra sheets and pillows as well. Would recommend.

The property was just as described. It was nice not to have to check in at a separate location-access to the unit was through a coded front door lock. It was an easy 10 min walk to town. The place was clean with plenty of amenities. We would stay here again. It was perfect for the four of us.

It was a nice week. The Condo had adequate room for three adults. Would be a little tight if there were more staying. Had most of what we needed, except for a dish cloth. Really enjoyed the smart TV and all its apps in the evening, including Netflix , You Tube and Prime. Short walk uphill to the snowflake lift which we didn't realize until the last day opens at 8:30 instead of 9 AM like all the other lifts.

Overall a cute little rental. The office staff were very helpful and able to answer all our questions. Great location from town, 10 min walk. The bunk room is very small (as pictured) as was the second bathroom-only had a shower-so it was a bit small for our two teenage daughters. The cabin was cozy but it is on a VERY busy road with a lot of traffic, so we had to close the windows to sleep, which was unfortunate since we wanted to feel the cool breeze:) Overall we would rent From Summit again but probably a quieter side of a building.

This rental worked great for us. The location was perfect for walking down town, or getting on nearby public transport for a free. Amply furnished and functional, it served the our needs well- four adults and one child. The only negative was nighttime noise(we're from the country) heard from the master bedroom- it's on the street side. We'd recommend this apartment to others and would happily rent it again if we're needing a place in Breckenridge. The personnel at Summit Mountain Rentals was very helpful and professional.

We wanted to get away with our boys before our oldest headed back to college. This was the perfect place. Hot tub on site. Pool not too far away. Good kitchen. Comfy beds. Fabulous location! Close to everything right downtown on Main.

Great location! We were able to walk up to the snow flake lift (about 2 city blocks). Can’t beat taking the 4 o’clock run back into the condo. Summit Rental staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. FYI on a few things I would have liked to know in advance; no elevator or main floor ski storage, pool is located on another property.

The condo is conveniently located so you can ski to it at the end of the day. Heading out in the morning is only a 2 block walk to the nearest lift. Hot tub right outside in also a plus. Condo is stocked with enough towels and dishes so no worries there. The only confusing thing is the heat, which is apparently always on (so the pipes don't freeze), so you have to closely manage the windows to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The staff was extremely communicative before, during, and after our stay. My family of 7 stayed at the condo for three nights, and it worked perfectly for our group. The condo was very clean upon arrival, the location was perfect and walking distance to Main Street and hiking trails, and comfortably slept all of us with two bathrooms. And the price could not be beat!

We had a fantastic vacation thanks to the location and design of Double Eagle Condos. The split plan, full kitchen and open great room offered our family space and privacy while placing us only 100 yards away from the Snowflake Lift to head up the mountain in the morning, and literally on 4 O'Clock Run to ski into our condo at the end of the day. Check in & check out process was under 2 minutes and the entire staff at Summit Mountain Rental was competent, congenial and authentic in helping us.

This place was so warm and welcoming. My family felt at home for Christmas in this spacious condo. We cooked wonderful meals and had tamales for Christmas. Cozy fireplace, balconies, television keep us from being on top of each other. The condo even had a ski in run right behind it. That is so wonderful to board the hill for hours and then just come right to the door to get lunch. The condo was an easy walk to Snowflake lift...which you can use to get to any part of the mountain. Free bus stop is right out front, the town center is just an easy walk down the street. Free gondola ride kept my mother busy for days. We love Breckinridge!!!!!
