Trails End Starry Night Condo: Downtown Breck, Ski In/Out

We had an enjoyable trip, I wish I had a rented a larger unit for me and my two boys. This unit is very small with little open floor space (cozy would be a good word). More appropriate for two domestic partners versus a dad and his two 20+ year old sons. I will say that it did not affect the enjoyment of the trip, my boys would have slept hanging from a hook in order to enjoy the skiing and beauty of the mountains. The clothes storage was grossly inadequate for three, much less four people to unpack their bags and have ready access to clothing for five days of skiing. One of my sons had to leave his stuff in his bag which cluttered up the small living space. The unit was well equipped with extra supplies, however, the one available closet in the room had no hangers. I contacted the management company, and they provided me with ten hangers which I appreciated but could have used more. We arrived in town several hours early and hoped to get into the unit early but that opportunity was not to be had. We were notified by text that our unit was finally ready at 3:59 (4:00 pm was the stated check-in time). While disappointing, this was as advertised. I will note that a week before arriving we received an email that informed me that I would receive the unit specifics (including address) on the day prior to arrival. I never received this email. Due to this, I stopped by the management office on arriving in town (informing them of the desire for an early check-in), I told them about not receiving the email and really did not receive any sort of response or additional information. I did ask for the address so that we could get an idea of where we would be going when informed that the unit was ready for "move in". I was provided the address on a sticky note (reluctantly). I have no idea what the day before check-in email would have told me, but I assume it would have been the same information I received at check-in so not a big deal oth

First communications from the Rental company were superb.... The kitchen is well stocked and the place is solidly built! No noise from neighbors. I just wish they would have provided the first morning coffee! If you come here bring your own coffee!

Overall a good rental for the price. Cleaning could be a bit better, but nothing terrible. Great location with an easy walk to the downtown area and gondola. A more detailed book on amenities (like pool location, trash location, etc) and checkout items would help.

We had a very positive experience with this rental. Overall it was nice and clean, the check-in and check out process was easy and there was a great ability to communicate with summit mountain rentals. The only downside of this unit was that The kitchen did not contain some of the Staples such as coffee, oil or nonstick spray, etc.

Was an amazing place to stay would definitely come back next year 100%. This unit was as described amaybe better. Fully stocked. Easy access to quicksilver chair lift right out the back door. Skied back to within 50' of our back door. Easy to come home for lunch and great way to end the day.. King bed was super comfortable!

Overall great experience with the rental company. Check-in was easy and the unit was in good condition. There were a couple of minor maintenance items which were fixed on the same day that I reported them. The unit was furnished well and my wife and I really appreciated the king bed in the bedroom. There is plenty of seating in the living room without it being too crowded. Additionally, having 2 humidifiers really helped with the dry mountain air. I would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Condo was in a Great location and easy walk to main street. Condo is decent sized but did get a little tight with 4 people but made it work (adult and three 16 year olds). Nice size kitchen with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar. King size bed was comfortable. Loved that the condo had fan and humidifier to use. Would consider staying again.

This was a great rental property, with a fantastic location. The place was clean and I was provided all basic amenity items. Check-in and Check-out were easy.

The condo is in a great location with easy access to Quick Silver lift; definitely ski in/ski out place. It was comfortable. Some noise at night from the radiator/heating system but without a complete HVAC renovation for the complex, I think you have to just live with that. The condo is advertised to sleep 6 - no idea how that would work. It was perfect for a couple. Maybe a couple with small kids (two sofas and I think one is a pull out sofabed) but not 6 people. Everything was clean and we had one minor maintenance issue which was resolved that day by the mgt company. Would be nice if there were key pads/codes for access instead of key fobs and keys. Parking outside of the complex is crowded and difficult to find a spot.

We had a great time on our trip. Listing is as described. Short walk to Quiksilver lift which made ski in and ski out very convenient. Bars and eateries are equally as close. Would stay here again.

Loved the location close to Peak 9. True ski in/ski out. Condo needed several things....like sheets to fit the couch, a working blender and coffee pot but management delivered everything we needed.
