Talk about location: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Throw in a cozy condo, and you’ve got a recipe for a great mountain getaway!

Trails End Cozy Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo that’s perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. The kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. The kitchen counter comfortably seats 4 people.

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

This well-kept condo is close to everything. You can hop on the lifts, grab a bite, walk downtown. Very clean. Bring your own spices if you cook like we do but this is just a great Brek place.

Everything was fine until it wasn't - Summit Rentals fails

This is a decent condo in a nice location close to Main St. We were there in September for a wedding, so not sure how convenient is is to the ski lifts. Our stay went well until we left and realized that we had left a bag of clothes in a drawer. We called just a few hours after we checked out and immediately filled our a left item recovery form. Unfortunately the staff and management of Summit Rentals did not follow through on retrieving our items and I had to call numerous times and talk to different employees and managers for over a week before being told that no items were found, that Summit Rentals contracted the cleaning so there is no accountability, and that if I felt like our items were stolen I could file a police report. We then emailed the guest services manager, Chris Rudolf, who only made excuses about their inability to immediately retrieve our items and absolved Summit Rentals of any responsibility for our stolen items. This whole process was frustrating and maddening and in the end several hundred dollars of clothing were not returned to us. I cannot recomment any property managed by Summit Rentals.

The condo was clean and very convenient to downtown Breck. There are no condiments available if you plan to cook. But the restaurants are plentiful and the food very good. We missed our fan for sleeping but it is cool at night and since we were on the second floor, could open the sliding door. Our condo had been renovated at some point but the vinyl flooring is beginning to loosen in a couple of areas. Walking to breakfast early in the morning was so nice with cool weather and very few people out. The rental company was good at informing us about our stay and answering in a timely fashion any questions . The pictures were very accurate.

Terrible experience with Summit Mountain Rentals. Condo was as shown but the way Summit Mountain Rentals manages their properties made for a disappointing vacation. Read their yelp reviews and you will see more disappointed customers.

Great place with nice amenities. The space feels roomy without being impersonal. The bed and bedding were great and the kitchen was well appointed and nice updated. The bathroom felt clean and modern.

This unit had everything we needed and was well appointed, nice decorating and thoughtful items like laundry detergent. Less than 5 min walk to lift and 2 or 3 blocks to downtown. We even cooked steaks one night on the grill. Hot water was VERY hot so be cautious. Trails end condo building is in good location but spa (outdoor hot tub and sauna weren't functioning). Elevators slow and small.

Location was amazing ! The hot tubs only worked one day of the 4 we were there. The dishes were disgustingly dirty ( dried eggs in the frying pans etc ). The bathroom paint was peeling and the tub was dirty (my daughters wanted to wear shoes in the shower ) The real only plus was the location.

This is a Trail's End corner unit (216) with large entry area for jackets, boots and gear. There is also a desk next to the kitchen which is great to set up computers. The bed is a king (firm tempurpedic) and the pull out couch was comfortable for our 2 young adult children. Summit Mtn Rentals was great and fixed the hall light and got us a new blender the same day we made the requests. Have stayed in this unit before and will book again.
