It’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver Lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Your family and friends will love it … and so will your wallet! 

This cozy conveniently located deluxe condo is a wonderful choice for families and groups up to eight. The living area has large windows for lots of light, and there’s plenty of seating to kick back in front of the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to whip up great meals and snacks for the gang. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter. Just outside, there’s a patio with a gas grill. 

Guests have access to a seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Other amenities include complementary Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle, and central laundry facilities at the complex. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • Bedroom 2: king bed, LCD TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: walk-in shower.

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 parking space.

Good location, unit is tired and is in need of updating, the flyer should say in sleeps four people comfortably, unless you are ok with five people in one of the two bedrooms. The loft is in one of the rooms, the vertical ladder to reach the loft is not for everyone. Service from the management company is excellent.

Overall a good experience. Location is a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift and also easy walk to town. Pros: Location to slopes, town, and pool/hot tubs Washer and dryer for building right at base of stairs and it’s free (bring detergent and dryer sheets)- 2 washers and 2 dryers Setup of loft room is good for kids (it’s a tall ladder, not steps, to the loft) Kitchen well stocked Plenty of towels Easy text communication about any issues Cons: Bedroom with single king is warm and stagnant at night- must keep door open/there is no fan Kitchen and bathrooms are very dated Living room furniture is dated Ice maker is broken and obviously has been for some time. The sign letting you know that looks years old. We arrived to half filled ice cube trays, which should have been emptied, washed, and refilled prior to our stay, but were not Incorrect pool code was given in email, so we stood twice at the gate trying to get in in the cold- I requested a new one after the 2nd trip and one was sent via text quickly. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the rental company and location. The condo itself could use major updates, so I’d look for another unit here if I stayed in this location next year.

The condo was plenty of room for family of 4 with two young adult kids. Easy walk to Charter Sports rentals in Marriott Resort - and they store your skis. Very close to the pool/hot tub complex. Quick walk to downtown area. Kitchen had what is needed. Did not use the loft area, but stair/ladder is very steep. Appreciated the large TV and fast wi-fi. Slightly dated bathrooms, but all was clean. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would stay again.

The location of Timbernest was perfect. Just a short walk (less than 5 mins) to the Quicksilver location and just a touch more to downtown. Convenient for restaurants, ski rentals, etc but also felt more local than being at a resort or right downtown. Everything was very clean and extras (towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen spices, local maps) were all provided. As a heads up...the steps leading up to the loft are steep but my teenage boy loved it.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is within about 100 yards walking distance to the Quicksilver lift and ski school for kids. Everything was easy and stress free for this place. I have stayed in many condos in the area over the years. This was my favorite.

Overall it was a good experience , it’s was small yet cozy . The bathrooms were very small and the only thing my family and myself didn’t enjoy was all the noise you could hear from the people above us . You could hear all the walking and running around upstairs .

We stayed at Timbernest A8 over the Christmas holidays. The condo was ideal for our family, and in close proximity to the lifts and main street. The kitchen was also well stocked with supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
