Plus, you and your group will enjoy easy trail access to the Burro Trail that's less than a 10-minute walk away and seasonal access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. This condo is a great year-round choice for you, your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe penthouse condo is a perfect mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. The living room features nice natural light, comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures. Just off the living area is the porch that overlooks the old growth pine tress in the national forrest that this serene property backs directly up to. The fully equipped kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six people at the dining table and room for three more at the breakfast bar. 

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, garage parking for one car and additional lot parking for another car. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was great for families. There was plenty of space to spread out. Check in and out was very simple. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. The only thing lacking was a pantry but definitely not enough of an inconvenience to negatively impact my review.

Washer/Dryer upstairs was number 1 reason but the view is number 2. Large bunk bed on 2nd level with its own bath and the laundry is great for children or adults. We had friends sleep on pull out sofa. Layout works well. Lockup rack for skis immediately outside the front door. Lots of pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Three bathrooms. One issue we didn't enjoy was the main bedroom on level 1 (aka the parent's bedroom) was the drapes. The walkway outside is lit all night and the drapes don't block much light and therefore the bedroom was bright when sleeping. I prefer it dark. The Quicksilver lift is near, very near. There is a blue 3-ring binder in a cabinet just outside the kitchen full of handwritten notes and helpful hints. Look for this when you first arrive as it will explain a lot and make your stay even better.

The apartment is just as pictured and described. Really confortable and close to everything we needed. The windows let a beautiful light into the apartment and the view is a plus. Summit Mountain Rentals always responded to our inquiries and helped me with a special delivery for our daughter's bday on the day of our arrival. Overall, we were very happy with our lodging selection and would definitely rent again when visiting Breckenridge. We all loved our stay very much in every way.

Great place, the mirrored column was a highlight for sure. Great location, walking distance to the lift. Communal hot tubs were a bit gross, could use some maintenance / cleaning given the amount of people using them.

This condo was a great fit for our family of 6. We enjoyed the proximity to the chair lift and also to Main Street. We were bummed that the fireplace didn't work and there seemed to be a TV issue (main one didn't work, so a second one was set up on the floor, which was fine, but not ideal). Overall, a lovely and spacious unit, equipped with all the things needed for a great stay. Parking spot is crazy tight, but even our big Suburban did end up fitting - even though it looks like it won't! Appreciated our time here and would stay again!

We had a wonderful experience and a great trip in Breckenridge. Our condo is in walking distance of Main Street and we could go anywhere fairly quickly. Our walk lead us past the pond and an amazing view of the mountains. We are close to trails bythe stream and had a great view out our condo. The condo was amazing and perfect for our family. Lots of space and balconies to enjoy the outside with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Our family had a great stay! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved coming back to the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes! Washer and dryer were key midweek to wash a few things. Quick walk to Quicksilver lift, hot tub complex and downtown Breck. Would highly recommend!

The home is gorgeous and well equipped. Its in a great spot and close to town, so walking to town is a breeze. Parking is tight - two cars max and any extras are really limited.

Great location & great condo. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Most of the outlets in the master & master bathroom don't work - would be great to get that fixed. Also, the garage parking spot has a super low ceiling & pipes; my standard full-size SUV wouldn't fit so we had to use the outdoor spot, which was a bummer with all the snow.
