Talk about a fantastic mountain getaway! Views overlooking the Blue River and the proximity to Quicksilver Lift at the Peak 9 base couldn’t be better. It’s also just a short walk to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street, and guests enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. This is a place everyone in your group will love!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a fantastic mountain getaway for families or groups of up to five people. The remodeled interior with dark cherry wood is clean, luxurious and inviting! The spacious living area is outfitted perfectly with plenty of seating and a huge flat-screen TV and gas fireplace creating a cozy, laid-back ambiance. You can relax in the comfy chair next to the gas fireplace and enjoy the stunning views overlooking the heavily wooded Blue River that flows beyond the big bay window. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, and there’s seating for six at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar. Soak in the stream views from the deck or take the short walk to Main Street to enjoy great shopping and dining.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, garage parking for one car and additional lot parking for another car. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.   • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Great Location - quick /easy walk to Quicksilver Lift and main street for restaurants and shopping. This was convenient enough to be able to return to the condo for lunch daily and then easily return to the slopes for the afternoon. Easy rentals and storage right next door at Charter Sports. Plenty of room for the family to spread out comfortably. The kitchen could use a few new pots/pans, utensils, but it wasn't anything that would keep us from coming back here. Also, hot water went away pretty quickly, so have to keep showers short. The ground level entrance made for easy loading and unloading from the parking lot. This is one of the reasons we chose this condo over another we had been looking at. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Breckenridge!

We loved the location of this condo - minutes to the lift, and an easy walk into town. The condo itself was clean and spacious for the two of us; it would have been comfy for 4-5 people. We'd stay here again; highly recommend!

It was a great property for my wife, son and I. It was an easy walk to town and a short walk to the slopes (especially once you learn how to cut through the building's staircase). We met lots of nice people at the communal hot tubs. The apartment was very clean and we like how the bedrooms were separated from the living area. The only item we had trouble with was getting our skis to fit in the ski locks outside.

It was a great place to stay. Every time i had a question they were very prompt with their responses. The only negatives which were not a big deal is the fact it was kind of dark. Could not open front shade because of parking ramp. The living room windows were up tight against trees so there was not much of a view. However there was a beautiful stream down below.

I would stay here again. The folks at Summit Mountain Rentals were pleasant to deal with. There were no bad surprises with getting into the unit. It was ready when promised.

Second time renting in Powderhorn Condos...perfect location! Short walk to the Quicksilver lift and the south end of Main St. Ski rentals immediately next door at Charter Sports. Unit was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of linens and towels and beds were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were great and plenty of plates/utensils. Pots/pans were a little old but worked well. Had a clogged shower drain while there but the repair service arrived quickly and was very pleasant. Unit lacked fans which would have been nice given the warm/dry air. We purchased a couple and left them in the unit. Few minor areas for improvements: 1. The hot water heater seemed to run out/low by last shower in a family of four. 2. Need to vacate parking by 1000 check out time which is inconvenient if you're spending your last day skiing. 3. Have to physically check in at rental office to grab keys when unit has electronic lock. Looking forward to our next trip to Breck and will definitely consider this unit if available.

The unit was just as pictured! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat meals. Open the living room sliding door, step out on to the deck, shaded by trees, and watch and listen to the river. This condo is within walking distance to the Quicksilver lift and to Main Street. I highly recommend this place and would stay again if in the area of Breckenridge!

This was a nice place to stay close to skiing. You can take a short trail to hit Peak 9. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Our only issue was a faulty coffee maker, but that’s an easy fix. Overall a great place!
