Guests have access to seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Your group will love Timbernest Cottonwood Condo … and you’ll appreciate the value too!

This sunny 1-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six people. The living room has a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and lots of seating for relaxing after a day of adventure in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook for your group, and there’s seating for five people at the table and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to central laundry facilities on the premises, and parking for two vehicles (one covered, one in the parking lot). As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

SLEEPS 6:

UPPER LEVEL (LOFT):

  • Sleeping area 1: queen bed with direct door to loft bathroom. (sleeps 2)
  • Sleeping area 2: (separated from area 1 by door): twin-over-full bunk bed, private door to loft bathroom. (sleeps 3)
  • Loft bathroom: full bath with shower and entry to both sleeping areas.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master bedroom: queen bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Living area: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 parking spaces.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Overall we had a nice enjoyable stay. Seating furnitures seemed big/bulky for the small living room/dining area. Was surprised how good the kitchen was equipped in this apartment. One thing that was different in our understanding from the description was the 2nd bedroom. The way it was written we thought the upstairs bedroom (which was for our friends) was a closed/private room. But it's not. It does have a door to the loft but the loft is open to the kitchen/living room which we knew and the bedroom on the other side of the door is open to the staircase and we could hear snoring, conversations etc as long as we weren't in our own room with the door closed. We would not recommend this place for two couples.

The Timbernest B7 unit was a bit crowded with heavy furniture downstairs and those in the loft have to go through the upstairs bedroom to get downstairs, but it was well stocked and a quick 5min walk to the base of Quicksilver lift (up hill near the end, but doable - can go up/down the sledding hill at the base of the ski school to shorten the walk).

Very easy and convenient. The location was perfect , walking distance from Main Street. The unit was cute and simple, mountain rustic charm with plenty of room. We hope to enjoy the hot tub but it closed early at 8 pm , so other than that , It was a great mini vacay :)

Condo was perfect for our group ski trip of 4 men. Everyone had their own sleep area with the use of the sofa bed. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary pots. pans, dishes - everything you could possibly need. Easy walk to the ski lift, Charter Sports for rentals (in the Marriott property across the street), and an easy walk to Main Street. Property interior is somewhat dated but don't let that be a consideration. 2 flight walk up, but again, not a reason to not rent

Location was close to slopes, but to get to the ski hill there is a steep walk down and that means at the end of the day a steep walk up with skis. It is not exactly a 2 bedroom, the second bedroom upstairs on the loft does not have a door that closes off from the rest of the condo. There is a door that shuts off the "extra" loft space from the second bedroom. There are a lot of updates that could be done to the condo as it seems quite dated. Overall comfortable, but not ideal for young kids or older family members.

Walking distance to Main Street shops and centrally locates for everything else. Only downside was the climbing the stairs to the third floor after a fun day. And then the stairs to the loft. But after that relaxing. All the amenities of being at home. Would gladly stay here again.

I don’t mind hiking up stairs at end of day The dishwasher not opening all the way was a bit funky The covered parking is nice but a bit tight for a full size truck wish I was wearing my helmet for the crossbeam There was ample room for 6 adults and all of our equipment We all had an enjoyable experience

Timbernest is in a nice setting - the deck on B7 gets morning sun, great for coffee and some reading time. Furnishings are comfortable. A very short walk to Maggie pond and then on to downtown. The aspens during the first two weeks of September were beautiful.

It's was such a nice place ! Nice to have a "home " to go to each night. It was super nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals instead of always eating out! And it's walking distance to Main Street Breckenridge!! I love Breckenridge and would definitely stay with Summit Mountain rental again! Thank you from a family of 8!!

Overall everything was good. I think that the rental furnishings need to be updated. The couch is in desperate need of replacement. Also new bedding would be great.

This condo is only a short walk to the lift....Nice!!! But it could use several repairs and some furniture updates to make it more appealing as a rental. Warm and cozy!!

Timbernest B7 is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the Quicksilver Chair and Main Street. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated - in fact the builder made his last visit during the first week of our stay. While there are beds for potentially up to 8 people in this cosy unit,the living room can only seat 4 people maximum (1 x 3 seat sofa plus a chair).

Very nice location. Very convenient to rentals and lift. Third floor condo. Unloading car at 10,000 ft. is tough, but take your time. Condo needs updated TVs is my only complaint. They don't even have RCA connections for attaching your (or any) DVD player. WiFi is a nice touch for internet access. Overall: nice condo priced appropriately.
