Located in the coveted Forest Hills neighborhood, this fully remodeled 4-bedroom + den, 3.5-bathroom premium home is walking distance to and from numerous trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing, including the gorgeous Flume trails that act as connectors to the entire Breckenridge trail system. The ski slopes you see from your windows are a short 5-minute drive away, and it’s the same distance to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street.

The main living area features comfy furniture, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to watch the game (or ski report) while you soak in the stellar mountain views. Just off the living area is the porch with a gas barbeque grill, patio furniture, and private hot tub that’s perfect for enjoying the starry Breckenridge nights after a long day of romping around the mountains.

The dining area is just off the living room with plenty of room for everyone at the large farm-style table and additional seating at the counter. The attached kitchen features high-end granite counters, a gas range, stainless-steel appliances and everything else you’ll need to create a culinary masterpiece for your group.

The downstairs is similar to an apartment complete with a living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. It’s perfect for the people in your group who require a little more privacy. The home also has a full laundry area with washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Nice place for my families Christmas vacation.... A short drive to drop kids off at slop and it was a convenient location. It was clean and well equipped. No complaints and the management staff were terrific.

The place was very clean and had great views. There was plenty of room and then some for our party of 8. The hot tub also added to the views and was a good spot to hang out at, just like the patio.

We had a great stay here with our 3 college age children. The views are beautiful. The house is as described in the listing. It seemed even larger. It was a 5 minute drive to Downtown Breckinridge and the grocery store had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Breckinridge again.

The location of this house is fantastic. It is very close to downtown and all that offers, as well as steps away from an extensive trail system you can spend hours hiking or biking through. We needed to contact the management company on a couple of occasions and they were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Class home with everything one needs. Only my wife and I stayed but wow, first class. Our family would have enjoyed it too. Views are awesome. Kitchen fully stocked including Keurig and standard coffee makers! Location was great as it was close to town. Walking trials in your backyard up the street. Fully stocked kitchen. Well equipped to handle large families. Hot tub was superb with its views. Quiet neighborhood. Every detail well thought out. Only thing missing was TV in master. Property management team was excellent. Easy check in and out.

The home was welcoming and just perfect. We held a small women’s group yoga retreat there and enjoyed soaking up the views. All of the rooms were perfect, plenty of dishes and cookware so we could eat together and stay in. The patio view of the mountains was amazing to gaze at with our morning coffee. After a long 15 months of isolation from each other, 7 of us, from age 4-85 were able to enjoy a few days in this Beautiful home. The view was incredible!!!! We took advantage of morning coffee and evening dinners on the deck just appreciating the beauty around us. The house was perfect in all ways! It was very well-stocked with everything we might need. The location was perfect and only about 5 minutes from Breckinridge. We enjoyed morning walks right out the front door. We all agreed we would definitely like to stay here again!!

The check-in process was straight forward and very easy as the office was in the town and minutes away from our stay. After settling in, we couldn't stay away from the large glass windows that overlooked the mountains, and realistically the majority of our time was spent there or in the large hot tub. Overall, the stay was great and the listing very accurate, would recommend this stay or other from Summit Mountain Rentals for anyone looking to stay in the Breck area. This location truly felt like we were at home. Only it was a much better home with incredible views and a comfort second to none. Truly Colorado breathes in this location. The house is well laid out and able to accommodate a large family with ease. The management company was superb and responsive. They definitely have our vote to stay with them next time as well.

This house has 3.5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms on 3 levels. Had my 3 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren there on all 3 levels. It was an amazing layout for the age ranges and the needs of the smaller children. It was near the top of the mountain and unlike most of the homes , It had lots of trees cleared so you had an absolutely full and spectacular view of the western slope of Breckenridge ski runs. Bring your Binoculars/telescope. sunsets and moon sets were beautiful with or without being in the hot tub which was perfectly positioned. We decorated for my sons wedding dinner. The main table laid out beautifully for 12 people and the open kitchen and appliances worked great for our prep and serving. We even had 1 dinner catered. House was fully stocked with wine and drinking glasses. No dish rags but we adjusted. A very reasonably priced full service grocery was 2 miles away - City Market. That was invaluable with a larger group with grand kids like ours. I am a commercial developer and i pay attention to spaces and how they work when they are built. This home hit on all 8 cylinders for me. When we make this type of investment in a location for an all family vacation we usually want new places and new experiences so we tend to pick new locations and/or places to stay. This home and it's location is the reason we will consider Breckenridge again. The value for the 4 families for 5 nights was very good let alone the property we got. Also the management company "Summit Mountain Rentals" did a great job from start to finish. Sarah at Summit Mountain did a great job for me.

The house was great - all new appliances, clean, nice and comfortable. I have been renting vacation homes for years - this was one of the nicest. Just make sure you have 4 wheel drive vehicle or you will have issues getting to the house.

This house is truly stunning; not only are the views beautiful outside, but the house inside is just as spectacular. The house is nicely situated on the mountain and is only a short drive into town or to nearby attractions. I went to Ten Peaks for a girls weekend, and we had an amazing time! The house was immaculate with stunning mountain views. The hot tub was the perfect end to a snowy day out on the mountain. This is a beautifully updated home that is spacious enough for large families. All the amenities that you would need. Stunning views and just a quick short drive to the slopes or into town.
