After a few runs at Breckenridge Ski Resort, it’s time for lunch. If you’re staying in Ski Hill E51, there’s no need buy an expensive meal on the mountain. Just pop your skis off at the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run and walk half a block back to your condo! Then, walk across the street and hop on the Gondola and catch some more runs. This condo is perfectly located; you and your group will love it!

Ski Hill Off Piste Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight. that offers a great location with all the amenities you want and expect from a ski vacation condo. It’s in a prime location just one block from Downtown Breckenridge and across the street from the Gondola (about 100 yards) and the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run. This condo is a great value and features a gas fireplace, pool and hot tub access, and covered parking!

Inside, the condo is well designed with a comfortable living area with new furniture, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and large windows that let plenty of natural light. There’s a spacious dining room with a gorgeous dining room table that seats six with room for two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a memorable meal in the mountains or prepare some hors d'oeuvres for your gang before you go hit the town.

The Ski Hill complex also features elevators to access your condo and complimentary Wi-Fi. And as with all SMR properties, there is complimentary Wi-Fi and the home is stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

E51 was nice, cozy, and perfect location for skiing Peak 7, 8, and 9. Kitchen ammenities were good, and the furniture was comfortable. The one issue that can be a challenge is figuring out the heat at night, without it getting too hot. We can't emphasize the location enough, one block from the end of 4 O'Clock, which is a gamechanger when you're exhausted at the end of a day on the mountain. And the hot tub is outstanding, do not miss this feature in the winter.

Family of 4. Easy 8-minute walk to Gondola or town, and you ski home on 4 o'clock run. Nice, moderately furnished condo. Time for a few upgrades. A TV in each room would have made it even nicer. But overall, good value and location for the price point. Would stay in the same complex again.

Condo was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. Perfect and cozy for our family of 4. Beds were all comfortable and enjoyed having the fans. Location was close to Main Street which was easy access to walk everywhere. We truly loved our stay and will be back!!
