The free town shuttle stops at the complex entrance, so you can walk or shuttle to the gondola for great resort access! The complex offers pool and hot tub access, laundry facilities and covered parking. This condo is a great choice for you, your family and friends! You’ll also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub!

**Ski Hill Seasonal Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from Thanksgiving to Easter**

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area has plenty of seating for the whole gang, a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV. You’ll love being able to step out onto the balcony and see Peak 8 in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to feed the troops after a long day on the slopes. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

The location of this unit is fantastic with easy access (walkable) to town, to the gondola or free bus stop to hit the slopes, and short walk at the end of the 4 o'clock ski run to get back to the condo. Easy parking in the parking garage with elevator and stairs to get up to the apartment. House is well furnished, with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. We found everything to be clean. The layout works pretty well to be able to spread out as a family. Management company was friendly and very responsive over text messages. Things to be aware of, or recommendations to the owner: - quarters are needed for the laundry. Sounds simple, but I found it hard to actually locate change as most local businesses are cashless. Bring your own $1.75 for washing cycle and .50 for a dryer cycle which needed more time so allow for $1.00. TV in primary bedroom would have been nice if it was a smart tv to use our netflix/prime accounts for the evenings. 1st world problems... Toilet/shower areas need to be updated. Shower fixtures for sure as they are hard for kids to operate and look original. The tile surrounds and toilets are functional, just dated. Internet password and QR code was not accurate on the sign posted in the unit but was in the intro email from management. We eventually figured it out but were sightly annoyed. Key to the hot tub area was finicky. You had to partly pull the key toward you and finagle it. Not sure that is anyone's fault, but again a minor annoyance as you are standing in the cold and wanting to get into a hot tub after a long day of skiing. Overall it was a positive stay and experience. We would likely stay again

We came for a weekend getaway from the kids, but goodness, we wish we had brought them! Perfect two bedroom unit for a small family. Very spacious and fantastic location! My only complaint is that the walls were very thin and our key to the hot tub didn’t work. The rental company was amazing and checked in to make sure we were doing well. Awesome stay! Thank you!

This condo meet all our expectations for our family Christmas vacation. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the fireplace was perfect for our evenings and the hot tubs were great. The location was great, short walk to Main Street, the Gondola as well as a short drive to the Nordic Center for snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Four of us stayed at this unit and it was a great experience! Very clean and enough room for us! They had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Great place, highly recommended. Plus, the rental company is great and easy to work with. This is my second year renting from then and will continue for future trips!

We spent a girls weekend here and absolutely loved it. Big enough that we weren’t on top of each other, but small enough to be cozy. Great walking distance to Main Street and gondola, as well as an easy walk back from the Four O’Clock Run back to town. Great experience!
