Saddlewood Snowbird Townhome is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that works perfectly for families and groups of up to 10 people. And with three bedrooms and bathrooms on three different levels, it’s great for multiple couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, and a vaulted ceiling and large windows for a bright, open feel. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one driveway space, a full-size washer/dryer in the home, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

MAIN LEVEL:

  •  Bedroom 2: queen bed. (sleeps 2) 
  •  Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2) 
  •  Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  •  Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2) 
  •  Den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2) 
  •  Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  •  No Pets/Smoking.
  •  A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  •  Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  •  Parking: 1-car garage, 1 driveway space – 2 spaces total.

The location is perfect and the house was furnished with everything we needed (except I couldn’t find a mixer). It was easy to get to snowflake trail just out the front door. The property was clean although the carpet must be a struggle to keep clean even with the sign to remove your shoes.

Hiking trip to see Breckenridge from the mountains with friends. Location is walking distance to Main Street and a short drive to many very cool trailheads. Would definitely recommend for family or friends trip.

This was a great unit. We have stayed in this same community a few times and love the location and the floor plans. This unit has sleeping quarters on all three levels so it gives everyone a sense of privacy.

Saddlewood 35 is the perfect base to explore Breckenridge - both the mountain and the town. Spacious enough for a large family, well-furnished and with great amenities like heated parking and a hot top.

This was *much* nicer than any of the number of ski houses I've rented previously. I found the unit to be in great condition - well furnished, /supplied, with new looking appliances, and a hot tub that was serviced weekly and heated all the time. And the management company dealt with any (very) minor issues we had immediately. Location was nearly perfect. It's definitely ski-out (walk across the small road in the development, and it's straight down to the Snowflake lift). And from the top of the Snowflake lift it's easy to get to either Peak 8 or Peak 9. Ski-in is only limited by Breckenridge itself: the Snowflake beginner trail back to the unit has some flat spots that you need to pole or push across (not a big deal, but better to expect it). We had a great time, were very comfortable, and would definitely recommend it anyone going to Breckenridge (as we will again next season). Thank you!
