Check in was a breeze. Condo is an end unit with a heated garage. Two levels with both bedrooms at the lower level. Very clean and organized home. No pantry space but plenty of counter space. Plenty of seating for ten people. Spacious living room with a pull out couch. Will rent again as the condo and location are exceptional and extremely comfortable!

This Los Pinos condo is a perfect spot for a mountain vacation! My family visited in August and found the condo to be cute, clean, comfy, well set-up and ideally located. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, it's also far enough up the hill to be quiet and private. It's close to great hiking and the creek which is a big plus with the kids. I would say the walk uphill might be a little tiring for older visitors, but there's a shuttle stop right there too. The interior looks just like the pictures- high ceilings give it a spacious feel, and there's no one above or below the unit. Bathrooms were tiny but everything was clean and overall the condo is updated and very nice.

Great location and amenities for our vacation. Heated garage was perfect size for our Ford Explorer and boards. Living room was set up perfect with a sleeper sofa. Gas fireplace was a delight with great heat. Kitchen had all the right equipment to make you feel at home as well including a crock pot. Bedrooms were good size but bathrooms were abit small. Humidifiers in each room were nice to have also. Didn't hear any neighbors the whole time we were there but knew guests were there. We had the hot water heater breaker switch get tripped on one night but maintenance was able to fix at 10 pm at night. Very professional friendly rental staff. Hot tubs at end of complex were very convenient and close. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Grill on back porch was also very nice and clean ( WEBER). Place was very clean and c well maintained.
