River Mountain Lodge Upper Flume Condo is the premier 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse River Mountain Lodge condo that’s the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of up to 8 people. Inside, the spacious living area and attached dining area provide an open concept feel that capitalizes on the superb views of the ski area through massive floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a big flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace where you can relax after a long day of exploring the mountains or historic downtown Breckenridge and catch your favorite show or the game. Outside, lounge on the big porch and soak in the views of the ski resort and Tenmile Mountain Range while you watch the skiers coming down 4 O'Clock Run. Just off the patio is the private indoor hot tub situated in its own tile enclosure providing a relaxing and private environment to enjoy a soak.

The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff reached out through text to make sure we had all we needed. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of extras blankets. Having the private hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes. The view of the slopes was amazing! The only complaint we have was the first night there were lots of snow/ice trucks cleaning the street below us off and on through the night and they were super loud. Every time they back up a little they would beep. The other nights we were there this was not an issue. I had read in some reviews that there was street noise- but it seemed to correlate with people staying in the summer time when windows would be open. With all of this said, our daughter said if we have the opportunity to come back out again she wants to make sure we stay at the same spot!

The unit was exactly as expected. The location is great with a hiking trail immediately in front of the building in the Summer. The Main Street is also a very short 2-3 minute walk. The Mountain View from the living room and kitchen is lovely. One consideration is the lack of AC which is common in Breckenridge. This unit gets a lot of afternoon sun which warms up the unit. There are some fans available to help keep things cool. Building management was very responsive.

It is a nice place. We would stay again, just maybe not in the summertime. It was hot when we were there so we had to have the windows open at night. The bus stop is directly below this unit and it was noisy all night long. The mirrors on every wall of the master bathroom are a little disconcerting.

We stayed for 5 nights and the rental was amazing. It met all of our needs from the deck to the kitchen. The bathrooms were very nice and we really enjoyed the closeness to everything.

The 402W unit that we had in River Mountain Lodge has a spectacular view of the mountains. It is very near the downtown area and has a bus stop right in front of the condo. The staff in the Summit office and in the River Mountain Lodge front office were very friendly and accommodating. The unit is very spacious for 8 people and has complete amenities. However, there are a couple of things that I think may be improved. 1. Wash the dark-colored bed covers and vacuum-clean the sofa. Whenever we sit on the sofa or move the bed covers, we see dusts floating in the air that cause us to sneeze and have runny nose. Having white or lighter shade of bed covers, as well as the sofa, can make the room feel much cleaner. 2. The window screens have holes and need to be fixed. We had to open the windows because there was no aircon in the unit. One night, a bee entered through the hole, and we had to chase it out. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The unit was in a great location - easy shuttle/bus service to the mountain and walk to eat or shop. Loved the private hot tub after a day on the slopes. Unit was clean and comfortable.

This condo is located right behind the center of Main St. It is a short walk to everything. We found it it be clean, and it had all the amenities we were looking for. The only downside was is it overlooked South Park Ave., which tended to create a little traffic noise.

The property description was accurate regarding the amenities, location, and layout. The pictures made the place seem a bit bigger than it actually was, but nothing to get upset over. My group and I enjoyed the big windows and high ceilings that provided a great view of the mountain. Having a personal hot tub was also a HUGE plus. This place was a good size for 4-5 people, but I'm not sure it would be too comfortable with more than that. For skiing, we walked 5-10 minutes over to the gondola in the morning and were lucky to have enough snow to return on 4 O' Clock at the end of the day. This was extremely convenient. The River Mountain Lodge was also a few blocks away from town which allowed us to walk to shops and restaurants on a regular basis. Overall, this property provides great views, easy access to the slopes and town, and a nice spot to relax after a day of skiing. The only issue with this property is a lack of proper ski storage. The condo itself doesn't have anything sufficient for storing skis and gear. The complex offers ski equipment storage, but it seemed to just be a conference room with ski racks. My friends and I were not willing to leave our gear in an unlocked, open room for the taking. Any person could walk off the street and grab gear out of the room no questions asked.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and just steps away from downtown. The bus stops right outside if the walk to the gondola seems daunting in your ski boots. At the end of the day, you ski right up to the door via the 4 o’clock run. I was a bit skeptical of the indoor hot tub, but we all ended up loving the convenience of it. The unit itself was the perfect size for two couples with plenty of room in the common areas. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our 2 teens and loved it (enough room for a family). Great view and great location. The management company was very professional. The only slight complaint was the fireplace was just a little electric unit (not even gas), which was not clear in the photos. But all in all a great place to stay.

Condo is located in a great spot, steps from downtown. Check in process was seamless. Condo decor is a bit dated. Balcony has great views but is a bit noisy because of a very busy roadway below.

Its very close to both the main street and the mountains. The bus stop is across the street. The views are incredible. You can see from peak 10-6 perfectly. The ONLY negative was the noise from the street, but it didn't really bother me. Really enjoyed the stay.

Room was very nice and adequately stoked. The view from the patio was beautiful!! The hot tub was an added bonus. Two issues we had were there is not enough lighting in the bedrooms and only one parking pass for a penthouse reservation caused us more money to park offsite.
