Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a smart choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Powderview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for small families and groups up to four. The living room features a large flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying the game – or catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s seating for four at the counter. Step outside onto the deck to take in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee or apres-ski glass of wine.

There’s parking for two vehicles: one in the underground garage and one in the lot outside. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 underground space, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a first-floor condo; one flight of stairs leads to the first floor.

We spent the weekday skiing in Breckenridge, CO and the place was super cozy and convenient. We were able to get groceries from the local Safeway and Whole Foods and drive over to the Airport lot at Breck and ski all day. Highly recommend for couples.

Love visiting Summit County, Frisco and Mountain Side condos especially. The unit has been updated and has everything you need. The complex has nice amenities and is tucked in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the edge of national forest, yet is only minutes from Main Street. Powderview condo has a fantastic west facing view from the deck. We’ve been coming to this complex for 20+ years. This is a great spot.

Rental was clean, easy access, adequate space, great location close to several ski resorts. Only recommendation I have to be allowed to choose parking space. I was limited to parking in a tight corner with my SUV even though other parking was available. Parking pass should give you that freedom rather than having them assigned.

The location is in a quiet residential area. The place is very nice and clean. The parking in the garage is a great amenity. The bed in the bedroom is very wide and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. Would definitely consider it again.

This beautiful condo has become an annual family holiday tradition! We love the cozy condo (comfy beds, spacious kitchen, relaxing living area, etc.) wonderful amenities (big hot tubs, clubhouse, covered parking, etc.), and incredible location (walking distance to Main Street, hiking trails, etc.)! The snowy weather and mountains, as well as wildlife were an added bonus!!

Had a weekday stay in Frisco from 7/31/23 - 8/4/23. The rental unit was in the vicinity of the hiking trails near Rainbow Lake. Great location as it was also near, within walking distance from Main St. The club house has a nice racquetball court, 4 jacuzzies, one steam room, one dry sauna and a swimming pool. The unit was a great stay. The only weird thing about the unit was the location of the toilet paper holder. Too close to the seat and awkward reach for the squares.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was more than adequately equipped with everything that we needed, and the furnishings are nice. The location is quiet and it provided easy access to the bike path. The walk into Frisco is easy to do.

Small cozy condo perfect for two and nicely renovated inside. Suggestions: cozy chairs for deck to enjoy the outside- metal bench is not very comfortable and a fan to help circulate air with only deck door and bedroom window to open for air flow a fan would help. Loved the location!Property managers were very responsive and helpful!

137D Powderview was a nice condo, but had a few flaws. The unit has been updated for the most part, but the electrical outlets are original and won’t hold an iPhone charging head or much of anything that needs plugging in. Also, the bedroom door closes on its own and the bedroom doesn’t get much heat with the door closed. There’s a nice new foam mattress, but given how cold the bedroom was when we arrived the foam mattress was very hard.

Condo is fine, a little far from the Main Street but still walkable when it's warmer. The one thing to know is the hot tubs are in a building central to multiple condo buildings so it's really not walkable in the cold and you need to consider going by car instead, especially to avoid freezing on your return to the condo. It's not a walk in/walk out hot tub situation.

The condo was clean, easy to find and had pretty much everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The big hot tubs at the community pool area were a bonus. Summit was super easy to work with for everything from booking to checking out.

Frisco is a great area to stay for a ski trip, as it is in the middle of all the major CO ski areas. This little condo was nicely decorated and clean. Great location! A little hard to locate on the side streets of Frisco. The hot tub is in a central clubhouse very far from the condo, making it unusable after a long day of skiing. Fireplace not usable, but this was clearly indicated on the site. Nice full kitchen with cookware. Keurig machine, but would be nice if coffee pods, cream and sugar were provided, like most hotels. Overall, it was nice and comfortable.
