The spacious living area has a large flat-screen TV (perfect for watching the game or your favorite shows) above a gorgeous gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings with excellent lighting lead your eye to the superb view of the ski slopes through the large windows. Large French doors open to the balcony that has a private hot tub as well as a barbeque grill.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils needed to whip up a world class meal for the troops after a long day of skiing or mountain biking. The farm table dining room table has room for 6 with room for 4 more at the granite island.

The unit also boasts a washer and dryer, as well as private parking for 2 vehicles and free Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.   • Bunk room: twin-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 3)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Living area: sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower and washer/drier.

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
