The spacious 3-bedroom plus den, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and sits just 40 steps from Main Street. With high-end finishes and breathtaking views of the ski slopes and gondola from the luxurious master suite, it’s a true mountain escape that balances comfort and convenience. And yes… it’s pet-friendly. If you’re flying in, you can shuttle to the home and never need a car; everything you need is within walking distance, including the grocery store.
The welcoming living area is on the first floor and is perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain, with a cozy sectional, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The dining area seats five, with three additional seats at a side table. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals, appetizers, and drinks for après-ski time. This tri-level home offers plenty of space, with the large master suite upstairs and two queen bedrooms, a den with two sets of bunk beds, and a bathroom on the lower level.

As much as we understand, that it’s a pet friendly place. The bedding and flooring was completely covered with pet hair. For the amount of cleaning charges, it’s a minimum expectation to have a clean floor and clean Lenin’s. When we reached out to host with the pictures, all we heard back was to use the Lenin’s from the closets , which were in the similar condition. So , we had to buy our own bedding. Location is great that’s one thing we liked.

This was a great place for our summer extended weekend in Breck! 3 adults and 4 teens/20 something’s and everyone had enough room and a place to sleep. Is also right off Main St so we walked everywhere and everything was close. Close enough that the kids could go out and get coffees and donuts across the street. Everything in the house was very clean. Would stay here again!

We had two families stay at First Chair Lair, the kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. We were half a block of main street and close to lot's of places to eat. The home was very clean and well stocked. We can't wait to go back there in the Winter. One of our party left a blanket behind and the team at Summit Mountain Rentals were very proactive in finding this and offering to ship it back to us. Overall a great experience.

Pros: Location, 2 parking spots, hot tub, comfortable couch, good size for 2 families, stocked well with towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and paper towels Necessary fix: One ladder to the bunks was cracked very badly. It is going to snap in half anytime. Good thing our kids are little so when they first went up it and we noticed it we put the ladder away. Easy Updates: Better pillows as they are all super thin, add a dresser in the bunk area under the TV instead of a tv stand, working vacuum (the one in the house didn't work), blind on the half circle in the master bedroom (the moonshining in will keep you up, ended up sleeping upside down on the bed)

Great place to stay. Upper level is the master complete with a Mountain View and washer and dryer. Ground floor living quarters leads to a nice hot tub. Around the corner from downtown activities to hikes outside. An attached driveway accommodates two cars. Very Clean.

This well appointed and conveniently located home made for a perfect Breckenridge family vacation. Easy 5 minute walk to the gondola and right off main street for restaurants shops and cafes. Loved being able to step right onto Main Street for restaurants and shops. Just minutes from the gondola and riverside walking trails, rarely had to use our car! The town house was comfortable for our group of 9, adults used the 3 bedrooms and the 4 kids slept in the bunks in the bonus room.

We had the best time at this house. The location is so perfect, easy walking distance to both the gondola and everything on Main Street. Parking right by your door is such a huge advantage over a condo building for convenience with bags, groceries, skis, etc. The house is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook for a group, and the grill was nice to have. The private hot tub is right out the door, very clean, and heated up quickly. The beds were all very comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk beds. For larger groups, be aware there are only 2 bathrooms, one in the master on the top floor, and one in the basement that serves 2 bedrooms and the bunk room.
