Exploring Historic Main Street is one of the most exciting things about visiting Breckenridge. The other best thing about Breckenridge is riding the Breckenridge Ski Resort Gondola strait from the middle of town to the base of Peak 8. And this charming condo is directly on Main Street only a block from the gondola – plus, the free shuttle stops just outside on Main Street. Talk about location!

Brittany Place Condo can comfortably accommodate four people – and you can bring the pup, too! The living area is warm and cozy, with a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV for movies and catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen features a range, microwave, mini-fridge, and pots/utensils. The dining table seats four.

There’s garage parking for one vehicle (smaller vehicles only – electric car charger provided). And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

  • No Smoking.
  • One dog only - dog must be less than 40 pounds.
  • Pet Fee - $50 per night
  • Loft is unavailable to guests.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space total (smaller cars only – electric car hookup provided).
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a second-floor, walkup condo.

We had an exceptional long weekend up in Breckenridge, staying at Brittany Place. The location couldn't have been better -- less than 2 minute walk from the Gondola, and less than 5 from the heart of Main Street. The condo made great use of the space, and the amenities were all very well coordinated. The EV charger in the garage was a nice perk!

Location is great right on the main strip. The first feel of the condo is welcoming and cozy. just the right size for our small family of 4. The condo had everything we needed as far as blankets and towels.The only thing i noticed was dust not sure if it has been cleaned prior to us arriving or not as it was dust on the floor and on the blinds.

Very comfortable and very quiet despite being set back just a bit from Main Street in Breckenridge. Very clean. The queen bed was nice, not too hard, not too soft. The place had everything I needed as well. The place is tiny. I can’t imagine more than two people staying there. The garage is said to be tiny, but I got a medium size SUV in there. Probably anything other than a suburban would fit. Note that the garage is on the alley behind Main Street.

Spent five days in the Breckenridge area and this condo made the ideal base for the two of us. Has all the amenities and is located just a few steps from Main St. Comfortable all around and fully equipped.

We defiantly enjoyed the cozy condo and its great location. Easy access to gondola and downtown dining and shopping! The seal around the frig still not fixed that caused small issues and the garage door opener didn't work. Called to have it looked and but needed to order a part. I understand things break but was an inconvenience every time to open/close the door. We wanted to leave the skis locked in the garage. Overall a nice property and would stay there again on my next trip! Love Breck!

The place was amazingly close to everything else. It wasn’t too big or small of a place for a short trip if you’re going to be out and about town or out skiing. The place was clean. The host was great and an awesome communicator. It offered a garage which is nice. Definitely coming back!

This well furnished condo is in the perfect location as you can walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Very nicely furnished, very clean and well stocked with everything. My only suggestion is the lighting is very dim in the bathroom and it’d be nice to have a full length mirror.

Such a cute spot on Main Street. The apartment had everything we needed for our pup who we brought along with us. The only 2 critiques I’d give are that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine and I had to call to get the garage code as it was not listed in the listing details. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Comfortable, quiet, and clean spot close to everything in town - can't beat the location. Walk to gondola and restaurants/bars in town. Garage fit a Mazda CX-5 no problem.
