Clean, efficient, small condo. .2 mile walk from Goldie’s and right in the heart of town. Best of ski and town worlds. Set back from street slightly so it felt quiet. Great for 1-2 people. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great and the garage was excellent to have during the winter. The property is located on the 2nd story, which was not shown on the VRBO listing. The property also did not have a jetted tub. There is a loft area that would have been great for luggage storage but it was locked and we were unable to use. This property is pet friendly, which is fine if the place is properly cleaned, but when we arrived the place was covered in white dog hair, matted into the rugs and the pull out couch... and there is likely still a have eaten dog bone under the couch. The fireplace was not operational for 2+ days and the bathroom light did not work. The biggest selling point on this property is the location. We loved being able to walk to breakfast and dinner every night.

It was so cute and comfortable and quiet. To make sure to read the fine print, which I still haven’t seen, but the top bunk area is not available and as close to the renters. Which was the whole reason why we booked it for our daughter. However, we made it work and it was really cute and had everything that we needed.

We had an exceptional long weekend up in Breckenridge, staying at Brittany Place. The location couldn't have been better -- less than 2 minute walk from the Gondola, and less than 5 from the heart of Main Street. The condo made great use of the space, and the amenities were all very well coordinated. The EV charger in the garage was a nice perk!

Location is great right on the main strip. The first feel of the condo is welcoming and cozy. just the right size for our small family of 4. The condo had everything we needed as far as blankets and towels.The only thing i noticed was dust not sure if it has been cleaned prior to us arriving or not as it was dust on the floor and on the blinds.

This condo was perfect for a group of two of us. It has nice character and is cozy. The location is fantastic, right off Main St. and a very short walk to the gondola. The parking is ideal for a small SUV and the place was clean with all the essentials needed. Would love to return here in the future.

Very comfortable and very quiet despite being set back just a bit from Main Street in Breckenridge. Very clean. The queen bed was nice, not too hard, not too soft. The place had everything I needed as well. The place is tiny. I can’t imagine more than two people staying there. The garage is said to be tiny, but I got a medium size SUV in there. Probably anything other than a suburban would fit. Note that the garage is on the alley behind Main Street.

We defiantly enjoyed the cozy condo and its great location. Easy access to gondola and downtown dining and shopping! The seal around the frig still not fixed that caused small issues and the garage door opener didn't work. Called to have it looked and but needed to order a part. I understand things break but was an inconvenience every time to open/close the door. We wanted to leave the skis locked in the garage. Overall a nice property and would stay there again on my next trip! Love Breck!

This well furnished condo is in the perfect location as you can walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Very nicely furnished, very clean and well stocked with everything. My only suggestion is the lighting is very dim in the bathroom and it’d be nice to have a full length mirror.

Such a cute spot on Main Street. The apartment had everything we needed for our pup who we brought along with us. The only 2 critiques I’d give are that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine and I had to call to get the garage code as it was not listed in the listing details. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Excellent flat for a couple to enjoy the whole of Breck. Five minute walk to the best place for breakfast, Daylight Donuts! Great, comfortable bed. Amazing location to the Connect Gandola. Walking distance to any place in downtown Breck. I would stay here again.
