With a location right on Main Street and just two blocks from the Breckenridge Gondola, you’ll be able to park your car when you arrive and never drive anywhere during your stay. The location of this complex is a longtime locals’ hot spot, with a number of Breckenridge’s fulltime residents calling it home. This comfy updated condo is a fantastic choice; your family and friends will thank you for finding it!

Gold Creek Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo that can accommodate up to 7 people. You’ll love the updated interior, excellent location, and great views! The living area is modern and chic with comfortable leather seating and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can catch the game or watch your favorite shows. The views from the windows include Breckenridge Ski Resort and the gondola. The kitchen is just off the living area and is fully equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece or a snack before hitting the slopes. The dining area is just of the kitchen with room for six at the dining room table and two more seats at the kitchen counter.

There’s a nice outdoor furniture set on the front porch so you can enjoy the great views of the mountains. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

  • Bedroom 2: captains’ bunk (twin over queen). (sleeps 3)
  • Bathroom: full bathroom with tub/shower.
  • Living Area: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces – 2 spaces total.

Very clean. Across street from gondola parking lot. Easy walk up main street fro shops/restaurants. Up 2 flights stairs and no hot tub. One of the best/cheaper places you will find from location standpoint.

The location to main street and the gondola was fantastic. The rental itself was OK. The unit was warm which required having the windows open. Issues with that included 1) the road noise from the busy intersection, 2) the smoke from the residents smoking outside, and 3) the fact that the unit window open to the veranda walkway so no security. Cleaning service was lacking. We even found a bottle of pills on the floor next to the couch when we checked in.

If it were winter, awesome location. Very close to the gondola, and perfect for a guys weekend at the mountain. Less so for a quiet mountain setting in the summer with the family. It’s right on the corner as you head into downtown Breckenridge, which made for a lot of road noise with the windows open. (No A/C, but you didn’t need it with the windows, but again the noise). Very close to restaurants and many beautiful hikes. It’s an apartment amongst a bunch of full time locals. Be wary of the parking spaces. The instructions on the check in materials led us awry by indicating the wrong parking space, but the neighbors quickly let us know. Just park in the same space as the appt number.
