This remodeled, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is fresh and comfortable and one of the nicest units in Gold Camp! With a great layout for enjoying your vacation with friends and family, you’ll feel right at home in this floor level cond.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, and overlooks the living space. The microwave is a convection oven, and there is no traditional oven. A wall-mounted flat screen TV with complimentary cable is perfect for catching the game or watching your favorite shows. There’s also a patio area off the living area for kicking back after a big day on the slopes or letting the mountain breeze flow through the condo.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bedroom one: king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with jetted tub (no shower) and granite counters. Washer and dryer. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom two: captain’s bunk (twin over queen), twin bunk bed, flat-screen TV, attached bathroom with walk-in tile shower and granite counters. (sleeps 5)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

The condo is located on the first floor and parking is nearby which made loading/unloading the car very easy. There is also plenty of parking available. You can access Base 7/8 via a short shuttle ride. The walk to the shuttle stop is short but uphill. We found it easier to walk downhill to the further shuttle stop in the morning and on the way home we got off at the Gold Camp stop and walked downhill to the condo. We had 4 adults in our party and we had enough space for our party. There is a gas grill on the patio and we found the microwave/oven combo to be perfect for our needs. There is an outside closet for all your ski gear. The place has good heating so we were all comfortable. The water gets hot quickly which was nice for shower and relaxing our tired muscles. The only issue we ran into were the beds and pillows which my need to be replaced soon. Some of us did not get the best sleep. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would recommend this place to others.

Such an amazing home! It is close to skiing and a whole lot more. Beautiful views all around. Great communication with the home owner and rental managers. So much to do in the Spring. Close to shopping, biking trails, hiking, water sports and more. Home is well kept, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Highly recommend making this a regular stay!

From pickup to drop off, this place is a great place to stay at!! It was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our needs! It was really nice that it was on a bus route that takes you into the town of Breckinridge or up the mountain to Peak 8!

Great condo for our stay. Starting with the location: First floor condo. Parking spot right by the door made unloading/loading so easy. Access to Base 7/8 is simple. The shuttle stops is about a 3 minute walk from the condo and is the last stop (heading to the mountain) and the first stop at the end of the day. The ride is less than 5 minutes. The condo has two nice bedrooms – the master and a room with 4 bunk beds and a comfortable living room. Love the shower! There is even a gas grill on the small patio if you want to grill. Not a ton of cooking supplies – utensils, pots, pans – so you may have to get innovative (or bring your favorites) if you want to go gourmet in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place.

So much awesome from this location! I loved it. It was a 5 minute bus ride to downtown and the gondola. Clean and nice accommodations near everything. I didn't have any issues during my stay so I can't speak on staff performance, but from the short check in interaction I can certainly say the ship is running great. Definitely reccomend.

Condo was just as it was described - no surprises. Older building but fairly updated inside. Well appointed and everything we needed for 3 night stay. Location - not very convenient: in the middle of everything, but quite a walk and on the steep hill from the town. Shower configuration was weird - two showerheads in one and only a tub (no shower) in another. Dishes and silverware should be replaced - very old and used.

Very nice place, easy location, easy access to rental site. Place was perfect for my two children and me. The management site was very responsive when making the reservation. The instructions to the site were clear and thorough. Although this is a time of uncertainty, it was necessary for us to do something to feel a sense of normalcy, this location helped us to do that. The only challenge we had was it was on the first floor and the people above us the last three days were loud. Also, being on the first floor we were hesitant to open any windows.
