Fourth Street Crossing Daylight Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium corner-unit townhome that’s an excellent choice for groups of up to six guests. The living area features high ceilings and large windows for a spacious, airy feel. There’s comfy seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen smart TV as well. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), extensive cookware choices, and a fantastic coffee bar with a coffee maker, tea kettle, Nespresso and French press options! There’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.

You’ll love the rooftop deck – with your own private hot tub – for taking in the mountain air and views! Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage (two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle) that includes an electric car charging unit. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.   • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: private 2-car tandem garage with room for 2 smaller vehicles or 1 large vehicle. (EV Charger in Garage)

It had everything we needed. We could walk next door and get food with a few different types of food. We walked to the brewery for some live music.

Check in so easy and personal garage a definite perk! So new with great furniture and very nice beds! Also so clean and location can't be beat! Hot tub so nice! Truly a gem! Hope to stay again!!!

Townhome is very nice, modern, and clean. Kitchen equipment is fairly well stocked, minus spices. This is located right off the main road for Silvethorne so there is traffic noise which was loud when we had the windows open (again summer time). Garage is plenty deep but is narrow and can be tricky to get in and out of. I had a Jeep Cherokee and would be challenging if it was anything bigger. Only thing that was missing for us was chairs on the patio, that would be nice in the summer to relax up there.

Me and my family reserved this unit for spring break. New construction, plenty of room and centrally located next to lots of amenities and just a short distance away from Breckenridge skiing and winter sports. Recommend!
