Fourth Street Crossing Starlight Townhome is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath premium townhome that’s perfect for groups of up to eight – and with two self-contained suites with private bathrooms, it’s also a great choice for two couples/families to share. The interior finishes are first rate! The living area features large windows, comfy seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The beautiful kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage (two smaller vehicles or one large vehicle). Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Suite 2: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: private garage with room for 2 smaller vehicles. Large vehicles do not fit in garage.

The house was fantastic. Roof too hot tub didn't disappoint. Love that there were bathrooms each level inside. Super cozy and welcoming. Had plenty of towels ( look for extra under the sink). They were well stocked in pots and pans which was nice.

Pros: Great newer condo. Well appointed. Location was perfect for restaurants etc. walked across the street to Silverthorne Pavilion for a family wedding. Good sleeping spaces. Roof top hot tub was great. Nice to have a garage. Management Co very responsive Cons: lots of stairs! Couldn’t fit our truck into the garage Overall a great stay!

We stayed at the condo for our annual Spring ski vacation. It’s a wonderful 3 bedroom condo ideally situated next to I70 so we had easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. We had a wonderful ski vacation. Looking forward in to returning in the summer for hiking and biking.
