3 BR, 4 BA TOWNHOME – SPACIOUS LAYOUT - CLOSE TO TOWN - SLEEPS 9 

A spacious townhome in a terrific location: right across the street from the Breckenridge Recreation Center and just a short bus ride from the slopes and the shopping, dining and entertainment on Breckenridge’s Historic Main Street. And the free bus stop is one-half block away! It’s truly a wonderful spot for your next mountain retreat!

This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome is a perfect choice for families and groups of up to nine. The living area is cozy and inviting, with lots of light, a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray player — the perfect place to kick back, enjoy a favorite movie and trade stories about your day’s adventures. Just outside, there’s a private patio with a gas grill.

The fully stocked kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or a quick bite before hitting the slopes. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, shared pool/hot tub and two parking places.

TOP LEVEL:

  • Master bedroom: king bed, private bathroom with shower, Smart TV, DVD player. (sleeps 2)

MIDDLE LEVEL:

  • Queen suite: two queen beds, private bathroom with shower, Smart TV. (sleeps 4)
  • Bedroom 3: 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, twin trundle bed, Smart TV. (sleeps 7)
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bathroom: large tile shower.

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Breckenridge is beautiful! This unit for the price, not so much. The location is across from a trailer park but close to the shuttle stop and City Market. It is easy to come and go. The amenities are older. One of the hot tubs is inoperable. The laundry (front end washer) emits a strong odor that permeates the main floor. The microwave wasn’t functional bc the handle is broken. And, there weren’t any teaspoons. The overall interior wasn’t what you’d expect for thousands of dollars. Highly disappointed. The silver lining was the support staff from Summit County Rentals. They were highly responsive and courteous. For instance, the brought us a microwave to use for the week.

We chose to stay at the Claimjumper in Breck for a ladies' weekend. There were only 4 of us, but the house can easily sleep 10-12 people. The place was clean and pretty close to downtown. It states that downtown is about a 10-minute walk. Since we stayed there in January, we got Ubers that arrived within 2-3 minutes each time. The hot tub was a nice amenity. We could only use the inside hot tub since the tub outside was being repaired. We had a few minor issues, such as someone parking in our spot, and the property management team was on it immediately. We had a few other questions, and again, they were easy to reach and responded very quickly. Great place to stay!

Three wild and crazy guys on a ski trip, we loved that the bus stop was right out front, steps away. The free trolley to town and to Breck Ski was easy to use and reliable. We were on the hill about 15 minutes after we left the condo with no driving or parking hassles. That was awesome. Apres ski was easy too and no one needed to worry about driving. We wanted variety so we drove to BC, Vail and ABasin which were all easy to get to and no more than 45 minutes away. When we hit those other mountains we also liked the ease of getting to Frisco which was a great place to get breakfast on the way. This is not a luxury accomodation, but we all felt like it was more than we needed. The bedrooms are all big, the bunk room is perfect if you have kids. The master, on the third floor, has its own bathroom which was nice. The three bathrooms are nice for a group. Parking was a little frustrating, but I do mean, a little. A couple days, our assigned spot was taken and we were asked to move from the spot we took. Not a big deal, just something to be mindful of. The pool and the hot tub have a cool retro vibe but impeccably clean and easy to access. While there were others using it at times, we felt like we could have accessed it any time we want. These appear to be Condos built in the 1990s that have all been remodelled over the last ten years. The crowd in the complex is young families and groups like ours. It is quiet and peaceful but not snobby. I felt like we saved a little money compared to places closer to the center of town, and it was worth it.

Had a great time during my 4-day stay. Condo was clean, spacious, conveniently located. Easy parking directly in front of the door. Community hot tub just a few steps away - both indoor and outdoor. Not ski in/out (that would get 5 stars), but very convenient location, right in front of a stop on the free bus route, 2 stops to the gondola. Finishes are a bit dated, but not too bad, and everything was in working order. Overall was a fair price for a pleasant place to stay.

The property was not necessarily as described. It was in walking distance to town if it was maybe better weather like in the summer, but in the winter time, driving was required. The kitchen had the basic amount of dishes and utensils. Random things around the place seemed not great - like plug outlets missing their covers. Thankfully the children on our trip were old enough not to mess with those type of things. The wifi was unpredictable around the house and we had issues with every single tv, whether it was the cable or streaming services (tv too old to support updates and/or wifi issues). Check out time was 10am and the cleaning crew arrived at 930 and so did some managers of the property. They parked their cars and watched us for the entire 30 minutes left while we packed up our families and things in our cars. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made it very stressful and an overall weird feeling leaving the property.

The house was very clean and furniture was nice. The hot tub was right next door and wonderful in the evening. We fly fished the inlets at Dillon and blue river
