PREMIUM 2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – AT SNOWFLAKE LIFT – RESORT AMENITIES – PRIVATE HOT TUB!

Now THIS is a vacation location! Just a 50-foot walk from the Snowflake lift, the BlueSky Resort offers luxurious amenities including a fitness center, a business center, an après-ski bar, a kids’ game room and an onsite spa. The Charter Sports at the resort offers SMR guests great deals on ski gear and in the summer, mountain bikes. And this condo has its own private hot tub. You, your family and friends will love it!

This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, ski-in, ski-out condo has it all for families and groups up to seven people. Walk down the hall, take the elevator downstairs, grab your skis or snowboard from complimentary storage, and stroll to the lift. And you can walk downtown (or take the free Breckenridge shuttle bus) for dining, shopping and entertainment!

Inside, you’ll find a relaxing combination of mountain style and comfort. The living area is inviting: There’s a stone gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player and plenty of seating. Even better: your own private hot tub is right outside the patio door! The fully equipped kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for six at the dining table, and the counter fits three for breakfast and snacks.

Other amenities include a heated underground parking space, a washer/dryer in the condo, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with tub and separate tile shower walk-in shower. (sleeps 2) 
  • Bedroom 2: captain’s bunk bed (double lower, twin upper), flat-screen TV, DVD player. (sleeps 3) 
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2) 
  • Bathroom: tub/shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 space.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This was our 5th trip to Breckenridge and second staying at BlueSky! The location and amenities can't be beat. We love having ski rentals, lift tickets, and the snowflake lift right outside. The 3 hottubs and heated pool are great after a long day skiing. Also used the shuttle to avoid parking downtown. The driver was great and spot on with time estimates. My only recommendation is mattress protectors for allergies & accidents!

The location is definitely great.!! You are just steps from the lift. And it was very convenient to have your skis taken in for you each evening and was put out for you in the morning, and your ski boots were dried for you over night in a changing room just as you walk into the building. We also enjoyed the warm pool and the 3 large hot tubs outside. Nothing better than snowing and sitting in them! Our unit was very clean and also had its own hot tub. The shuttle service was awesome and so convenient!!! Thai was one of our best vacations according to our 3 teenage boys. And I had to agree! We stayed a total of 8 nights! And we cooked almost all our meals. So the kitchen was fully stocked with what you need!!! Enjoy your stay!! We would definitely come back and rent the same place again!

Location is very convenient and within walking distance of Downtown. Front desk person was very nice and check in was super easy. We had a 2 bedroom condo on the 4th floor. It was very clean and nice. The living room table looks like it has been there awhile. It was nice to have a jacuzzi tub outside the Master Bedroom but it was a bit noisy at night. The shuttle at the Resort will take you to downtown free of charge. The area was nice and quiet. I would stay there again.

The most important aspect for us was ski-in/ski-out. It's hard to tell from the descriptions of all the different rentals, but this was perfect for skiing - the Snowflake Lift was right outside the door, and we could easily ski all the way back (just had to cross the street). A bonus was the washer-drier in the unit - perfect for drying our gear while stopping back to make lunch! There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows to stay cozy, and the owners even supplied a few humidifiers to help with the dry mountain air. Oh - and the personal hot tub was amazing! The only "negative" was that check-in is not onsite - we had to find the office downtown before going to the property. But it was an easy process, just inconvenient.

The property was a great balance between close to slopes and town. Free shuttle was very convenient when going to town. Private hot tub in this unit was high quality. Staff friendly and helpful. This unit was very close to lobby and game room/pool.

Check in/out was easy, place was clean and in good condition. The game room and pool/hot tub area are just down the hall. Renting skis from Charter Sports was great, it's in the building, just a few steps from a lift, and you can store your skis and boots for free. The hot tub in the unit was very small so if you looking for a private tub for more that 2-3 ppl, this is not the place, there are 3 large community hot tubs just down the hall.

The condo was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable overall. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was appropriately stocked. The check in process was pretty confusing as we weren't aware that we needed to check in with the office at the condo itself (in addition to the rental office which is located elsewhere) in order to get our keycards for accessing the condo and the parking garage. There was only a small duvet to use with the sofa bed, which wasn't sufficient for 2 people, so we had to take a blanket from one of the beds. The hot tub was great although the jets and heat turned off while we were using it and we couldn't figure out how to turn it back on. Access to the lifts and Charter sports was great. Unfortunately, we had poor customer service from a staff member at the Peak 9 lifts. He was incredibly rude and yelled at several people, including us. We reported him to guest services at the slopes. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amenities and a truly ski-in/ski-out location. The chair lift is literally right outside the building. Summit Mountain Rentals were organized and very detail-oriented for the check-in process.

Beautiful condo with fabulous amenities but the view was lacking since the condo is technically below ground. The hot tub on the patio faces a stone wall. Otherwise, we have zero complaints and think the place was great!

Great location and if you don't plan to cook I'd recommend. However, it's time to do some updating and give it a deep clean. Carpet needs to be replaced, oven door doesn't close properly, dishwasher doesn't clean dishes properly, cooking utensils and knives are very old and need to be replaced, dining area is a tight fit, balcony smells like mildew. I'd definitely stay in this resort again but would pick a different unit.

Loved the two separate bedrooms, three tv's, the bus stop just down the hall with easy access to the slopes and Main Street, the free ski storage room, the hot tub on the porch as well as access to the game room, guest pool and three more hot tubs. Full size refrigerator and all the kitchen amenities made our stay easy. Bathrooms are huge and loved all the extra towels- we didn't need them all- but we usually have to ask for more when we stay somewhere.

Small, but very convenient for family of 5. Hotel/lodge has ski rental and Snowflake ski lift literally at the end of the attached condo properties. Shuttle service was amazing! Every place we went the shuttle was available for taking AND picking us up.

Great location right on snowflake lift. 414 is next to gym/ game room/ and pool/hot tubs. Private hot tub on patio is a 2 person. Shuttle service to and from town was also a nice addition. Overall a great one stop shop with everything you could really ask for. Charter sports and spa on location. Would definitely come back and recommend for small group or family

Stayed at a unit (414) at the Bluesky building, which is a few feet away from the Snowflake lift. The unit was OK in terms of decor, furniture and equipment. Not an upscale accommodation if that is what you are looking for. Location is great and truly ski in/out. The amenities in the building are great too (Spa, ski store, pool and hot tubs, over night storage, etc). Main issue with this unit was the view. The very few windows faced a wall.... Someone should have told us about this.

Condo was very clean and comfortable - and the building overall was enjoyable. Easy to find too! Beds were comfortable and it was very convenient to have an assigned parking spot. Only two complaints were: 1) In July it got very warm at night even with the windows open (2nd bedroom window wouldn’t open). A fan would have helped. 2) It’s on the bottom floor so it was extremely loud due to he neighbors above. This was most noticeable in the AM. I don’t hunk a herd of elephants was staying above us but it sure sounded like it. Oh and it was super close to downtown - walkable if you were up for it.

Our first trip to Breck and Bluesky. Amazing place to stay from its great location with such easy access to Snowflake Chair to start the day and the 4 O'Clock Run to get you home. Other highlights were Charter Sports for the ski hire and ski storage plus the use of a ski room to store boots. Shuttle bus service (CME) and quality of units made it a first class stay. Thoroughly recommend it. Unit 414 is located on the same level as the entry foyer, the gym and outdoor spas, so very convenient. The only draw back is the size of the 2nd bedroom which is tight to access the wardrobe, as with all apartments here. Master bedroom is huge.
