This nicely renovated condo is a fantastic year-round basecamp for all your mountain adventures. Your group will love it!

Atrium Bluebird is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo that’s perfect for groups of up to seven people. Great views of the mountains and plenty of space for the whole family make this an excellent winter or summer getaway. The living area features a floor-to-ceiling cobblestone gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes for drinks, conversation and a favorite movie. There’s even a balcony with excellent views and comfortable furniture. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances; it’s ready for whipping up dinner and snacks with seating for four at the table and three more at the bar.

There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, as well as an underground heated garage, ski storage and laundry facilities. Guests can also enjoy a shared patio with gas grills and a large community hot tub. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 1 garage space – 1 space total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

The Atrium is in a perfect location. The condo was clean and we loved the layout. It is an ideal unit for 4 people. It was well stocked, there was always hot water, and overall it felt very cozy. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Best location in Breckenridge. Close to lift, freebus ride stops at atrium gate. Place is amazing, cozy and very clean. I will definetly go back. I stayed with wife and 3 teens.

Hello Bluebird Atrium 201 is somewhere we would go to again!! Management was so responsive and kind to any requests or questions and actually encouraged suggestions instead of just ignoring helpful tips for other condos we have rented in the past. We had a lovely time! Thank you!! Clean condo with practically everything a person needed! The humidifiers were especially welcomed. You asked for suggestions or comments for unit and we would share the following: -The rear right burner on the stove seems to be inoperable -The oven light is out. -Could use a pizza cutter. -There was only a sponge for dishes...perhaps provide dishrags with the dish towels. -another place for seating (1 more recliner) as the couch cushions pretty worn. -we left some restaurant guides, maps, and attraction magazines which we found helpful along the way. Becoming familiar with the towns layout before arrival would be a good idea for anyone visiting Breck for the 1st time. -the hardest part of the stay was realizing if you wanted to see anything outside of the Breck city limits. the transportation charges are soooo expensive. The shuttles to other cities such as frisco are outrageous so although there is not a lot parking within the city, it seems to be more worth the money in the long run to rent a car even at Breckenridge car rentals. This is especially if you dontt spend your time skiing while there. -For the best value it would be suggested to rent a car at the airport if the drive from Denver across hwy 70 is acceptable to your renters. I.e. $400/weekduring December timeframe. -We found the altitude to be a huge factor for us in our 60's and so walking and stairs really were true for being out of breath. (Staying over hydrated becomes an issue also with restroom accessibility sometimes) ;) All in all we managed, but thoroughly enjoyed good weather with a rental car to drive to Leadville and to Glenwood Springs... SO

The space was very clean & a nice size for 3 people. Balcony was also spacious. Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The sunken reclining chair was uncomfortable with a piece of wood on the inner right side. The neighbors above are a bit loud. Enjoyed the free shuttle right outside the door into town. Overall, it was a great stay! Would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Breckinridge. Our stay at the Atrium 201 was extremely enjoyable! There are a few minor issues with the condo, such as the patio door shades need replacement and the living room sofa and easy chair could use replacing.

We stayed in condo 201 for an extended ski trip with the kids. The location is great for hopping on the blue shuttle (both routes pick up either in front of the Atrium or across the street on the corner). The kitchen had a good amount of dishes,etc and we cooked most nights. The furniture was pretty good except for the red chair in the living room. When you sit in it, it feels like you might fall right through. The vertical blinds on the sliding door need to be repaired or replaced. We had enough space at the table and breakfast bar for the 5 of us to eat or play games. One thing that I’m not sure can be helped is that the ceiling echoes every noise from the condo upstairs. The folks above us were not partying or anything but would walk around at all hours of the night. I wore earplugs to get some sleep and would still get woken up by the noises.
