2 BR, 1 BA CONDO – PEAK 8 – EASY TRAIL ACCESS – SLEEPS 8!

No matter the time of year, Peak 8 Village Getaway Condo is in a perfect location! In the winter, you can walk Gold Run Nordic Center for some cross-country skiing or take the ski shuttle to the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. In the summer, hop on your bike or lace up your hiking boots and hit the miles of great trails right outside your door, including the popular Peaks Trail. Your group will thank you for booking the perfect base camp for your mountain adventures!

Peak 8 Getaway Condo is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that can accommodate groups of up to eight. The living area is spacious with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. Snuggle up after a long day playing in the snow next to the wood fireplace that helps to tie the entire Colorado high-country experience together. The kitchen features updated stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a great mountain meal. There is room for everyone to enjoy a meal at the kitchen counter, which doubles as a dining room table with seating for 8 people.

There’s a balcony just off the living area where you can relax and enjoy the cool mountain air. There’s even a gas barbeque grill for grilling some steaks or burgers! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. You can rest easy knowing each one of Summit Mountain Rental’s properties is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. MAIN LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 1: king bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 2: two twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)
  • Living area: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: full bathroom with tub/shower with an additional sink in the hallway.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets/Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card and check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2 outdoor spaces – 2 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This was our second stay in this unit for spring skiing. Everything was great from management company to the unit itself. If there was any disappointment it was an overzealous HOA representative who got angry about a parked car. Oh well, first world problems.

Family of 4, with 2 kids (10 and 13y). Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom can use some update though. The heater is too hot in the bedrooms if you set the temp good for the kitchen/living room area. So plan on lowering it over night. Location is excellent, but only if you plan on skiing at peak 8. The black route to go to town is terrible during peak season.

The rental was nice. It does need updating. Our shower head fell off and the carpet could use cleaning. The living room was cozy. The beds were comfortable for sleeping.

I stayed here with a friend and we loved it. The location is brilliant, there is a shuttle stop right outside and it is only one stop to the slopes! It is also only a 5 min drive down to the center of Breckenridge main street. The apartment itself was spacious, with a very nice living area and a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. There is also a balcony with a BBQ grill.

I visited Breckenridge for a girl’s weekend and this unit was perfect. It was cozy and comfortable. Nice amenities – 50” smart TV with HD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo, humidifiers in each bedroom, fireplace – a lot of nice little extras. Extremely well located - with the bus stop steps from the condo making getting to town and the ski area super easy. The kitchen was well equipped and having the grill was great. The bedding seemed all to be new and the beds couldn’t have been more comfortable. A few of us skied and a few of us didn’t, and we all had an equally great time. The skiing was awesome, and we enjoyed the great shops, spas, and just relaxing at the condo. Breckenridge has a lot of great restaurants too. I’ll definitely come back!

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a fun summer weekend in Breckenridge. The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Loved the living area. Especially loved being able to open the windows and patio door to enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was fantastic —easy walk or bus ride to the shops and restaurants in town. Great value. We will definitely be back!

The location of this condo is awesome. Bus stop to Peak 8 is literally steps from the door. We typically enjoy dining in when we ski and I found the kitchen to be well-stocked and filled with all the necessary cookware. The beds were super comfortable (I didn't try the bunks but my kids did and they slept great!). The family room area is cozy and we loved having the fireplace. I would highly recommend this condo!
