This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium duplex truly defines “mountain modern chic.” The living area features a beautiful rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and modern furnishings; you’ll instantly feel right at home! The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up memorable mountain meals should you decide to stay in instead of exploring the vibrant restaurant scene in Frisco. The attached dining area has room for six at the dining room table and there’s room for two more at the kitchen counter.
There are multiple patios to enjoy the stellar mountain views or watch the starry Colorado night sky. Other amenities include a spacious one-car garage, a washer/ dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. We loved the location and style of the property. It is not particularly large but adequate for a couple. The kitchen was well supplied and everything worked. The bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Cleanliness of other rooms was a concern with spots on the carpets and dust on some surfaces we needed to clean personally before using. The master bed was comfortable. the living room seating wasn't particularly comfortable. The garage had not been thoroughly cleaned after the winter and, while swept, that just moved dust and dirt around and each time someone entered the unit from the garage, dirt and dust came into the unit. We would recommend this unit to others with the above caveats, however, we will likely not reserve this unit again.

What a cute town! Just a block away from Main Street which is adorable, has a ton of shops and restaurants, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was well built as well, with quality material- a solid house!...not something I usually put in a review but we definitely noticed the quality. We did not hear our neighbors at all. It was a set of 4 beautiful condos- 2 attached to each other, not some big complex. It was very, very nice and private.

We rented this unit for 17 days for skiing. We loved the ideal location to Main St. Frisco for access to shops and restaurants. The heated garage was a plus. During our stay we had another couple join us for a few days. The only caveat to mention is the second bedroom is a loft but is right beside the primary bedroom and uses a shared bathroom, so privacy for the loft bedroom was not ideal. Most units we've rented in the past have a loft that is on its own floor. The condo was well equipped and we loved the ample light coming in from three sides. The heated garage was definitely a plus. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor so initially while adjusting to the altitude it was a challenge to go from the garage to the top floor. We contacted Summit Mountain Rentals ac couple of times during our stay and they were prompt, professional, and friendly. A wonderful stay!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and beds comfy. I especially liked the fireplace. Overall though, as nice as the place was, it’s location was even better. We stayed right off Main Street and were able to walk nearly everywhere we went in town. This great condo was well located and well equipped. It was refreshing to find it well stocked with toilet paper, seasonings, cookware, etc. With all the restaurants and bars currently closed to inside service, we cooked and ate mostly at the condo, and appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed. It also modern and clean. A great spot for a week with family near several ski resorts.

This rental was amazing. Perfect location and perfect size for my family. My husband, 2 year old, mother in law and myself all fit perfectly in this location. The appliances were top of the line making cooking while on vacation enjoyable! The beds were comfortable and there were lots of nice towels. The washer/dryer are new and extremely clean. We did notice some dust on a couple chairs and the dresser and the wood floors seemed to have some dust as well but the property management group said they would address it. Otherwise it was There are quite a few stairs, but we were happy to get the extra exercise. It was right off Main Street making it so easy to get out and walk to shops or to trails. Overall we can’t wait to come back and stay at this location again.
