This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is an ideal retreat for families and groups of up to six people — and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area features inviting leather seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It’s perfect for taking in the views while relaxing after a fun day in the mountains! 

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the cooking gear you’ll need when you’re not exploring Frisco’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for six at the dining table and two at the breakfast counter. Just outside, the rooftop deck features an outdoor dining table, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, and fantastic views of Frisco’s iconic Buffalo Mountain!

Other amenities include a desk/work area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

MAIN LEVEL: 

  • King suite: king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower, desk/work area overlooking Main St., fantastic mountain views. Door to access outdoor hot tub.(sleeps 2) 
  • Bunk suite: twin-over-full bunk bed, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ: 

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days). 
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. 
  • Parking: 1 outdoor space total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is a second-floor, walkup condo.

Location was great - lots of places to walk to. Unit was clean, but the pull out couch was broken - was not even able to use as a couch the first day. They did come and fix it eventually, but it was disappointing to walk into the rental the first day and see the couch apart / not able to be sat on. The hot tub was also not operational. Other than that, the amenities in the place were as expected.

Excellent location at 4th & Main in Frisco, no car needed as bus to Copper or Breck is timely and 2 blocks away. Unit is comfortable for 4-6, nicely cleaned and managed well. Cozy and secure.

Frisco is our favorite place to stay when we ski Colorado. This rental is now our favorite in Frisco. We loved it. Very nice and clean. Loved having a parking slot. Fantastic location!

I loved staying here!! This spot is so great for experiencing all of what summit county has to offer. I love downtown Frisco and could walk to all of the shops and restaurants and close to bike trails and Lake Dillon! Would stay here again! Little things that would come up the management company would handle right away. It was great

We used this location to venture out to hiking trails and visit other small towns in the area. However there are many restaurants, shops, along with bike rental within walking distance. In addition, it is a very nice walk to the beach and marina at Lake Dillion. Unit was equipped with everything you could possible need. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. The location is right off the main st and 2 blocks from the free shuttle to Copper Mountain. Frisco is a lovely small town picture-perfectly set between the mountains with nice shops and restaurants. So glad we stayed there.

We have visited Colorado many times for ski trips. We wanted to stay away from the busy popular ski town and be close enough to drive to ski resorts for day trips. We chose Frisco and were very happy. This condo is loacated in downtown on the corner of 4th and main. There are inside stairs to walk up to it so there is no one above or below you and there is a business next door so it was quiet as far as neighbors go. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Grecco's italian was our favorite. The only downfall of staying in town is the noise. There are plows and delivery trucks that come in the early morning around 6:30. Not bad unless you are a really light sleeper. As far as the condo goes it was very clean and well stocked. We liked how each bedroom has a bathroom and they are at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. Kitchen and living room are open concept. There is great seating in the living room. We were pleasantly surprised at how it was stocked with soaps, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and the kitchen did have some staples such as spices and coffee filters. We were not expecting these kitchen items as the listing says it does not supply these. I would recommend stopping at the condo to see what is there before you hit the grocery store. The only concern we had is parking. There is only 1 designated parking spot. We met our other couple from out of state so we had 2 vehicles. The listing states 1 parking spot but I guess I missed it. This was especially challenging being in town. The hot tub is downstairs from the master bedroom and was basically ours because no one else used it while we were there. There is a deck off of the other bedroom with a nice outdoor seating area and gas grill. We did not use this but it would be really nice in the summer. The property management company was amazing. They answered questions almost immediately. We will definitely stay in one of their properties again.

This rental is on Main Street right above Bread and Salt. It is a large open floor plan, kitchen is small but well stocked and perfect for the size of the rental. The location is great right on Main Street and private entrance is easy. My only suggestion to owner is a newer larger tv in main living area. During the winter we wanted to watch some sports and tv is on the smaller side for the space. We LOVED the fireplace and hot tub ! Overall this is a great location and great space ! Would definitely stay there again in Frisco !

This place is fantastic! Location is prime - literally tons of dining and drinking options within short/minimal walking distance on Main St. Easy short drive to Copper, Breck, Keystone, A-Basin. Gas fireplace, clean kitchen, and shared hot tub make this place perfect for a ski vacation.
