This spacious condo combines value, convenience and comfort for the perfect close-in ski getaway! Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, you’re just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. This is truly a great way for you and your group to experience Breckenridge!

Columbine 301 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo has been and is the perfect choice for a family or group of up to six people. Plus, you’ll enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse which features indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool! The large, comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for a relaxing movie or catching the early morning powder report. Right off the living room is a fantastic deck for enjoying that morning coffee or an après-ski glass of wine. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s seating for six at the dining table.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, parking for two vehicles, and a ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

We enjoyed staying here for five days in March. The location is wonderful for accessing nine and Main Street station it’s also very convenient for going into town. As other reviewers have said it is a third floor walk up with an extra set of stairs if you were coming up from the garage. Having two parking spaces and one enclosed garage space was wonderful. The condo is well appointed with lots of storage and was roomie for our family while the unit is a bit dated and could not be beat.

We would like to thank you for sharing your special place with our family. Summit Mountain rentals is first class. We were so impressed with how they communicated with us at any given time. They were also very personable. My location was perfect. We had easy walking access to downtown and to peak nine for skiing. The only downfall of the unit is that it is on the fourth floor from the parking garage. If you are not from that area, it is quite a task to be walking up and down the stairs all the time during the day, but great exercise lol the beauty of the mountain town is spectacular. Thank you so much again for sharing your special vacation space with our family. We would highly recommend summit mountain rentals and this condo to any other family

We enjoyed the break from the TX heat. The location was great, and we are all very mobile, so third floor did not prohibit at all. We enjoyed the picnic table on the balcony, as well as the pool area. Easy access to shops and restaurants was a big plus!

This was the least expensive rental I found and am so glad I booked it. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, location is PERFECT, hot tub was convenient, but the absolute best part about it was the picnic table on the huge patio. We ate every meal outside and loved it. Highly recommend this place. The only thing that didn't measure up was the property management phone lines. Local staff was awesome but if you call after hours you'll get overseas operators that don't know much and don't call back.

Easy check-in/check-out. Convenient condo with parking. Very easy to walk to everything in the Maggie Pond area. About a 5 minute walk to base of QuickSilver Super Chair, which is a nice stroll for those used to walking in boots. Condo has access to a public pool and hot tub facility, which require reservations due to Covid. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a walk-up unit, we did not mind this a bit but for those who are very unfit or out of shape this may be an issue. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.

301 Columbine was perfect location for us to meet our 2 adult children for the week of Thanksgiving. The condo is clean and well maintained, Summit Mountain Rental staff were a pleasure & answered all questions. Second time renting in Breck. This one was a little closer to the Peak 9 lifts. Nice place, well kept, in good location, with parking in the basement garage. One thing that would have made it even better would have been a washer/dryer in the unit.

The property exceeded our expectations. It is very comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and in a wonderful location just steps from lift 9. The heated garage made for an easier stay since we were fortunate to have lots of snow, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all! We will definitely want to stay in this condo again in the fantastic town and ski resort of Breckenridge.

Very nice condo. Fox liked to hang around top deck. Enjoyed him. Everything was modern and clean. Great location to walk to town. The tub didn't drain so we called mgmt comp and they sent someone to fix it. No AC. We were very hot at night. Also no fans. No extra sheets or towels. Wish mgmt comp would have told us more about the area.

Condo was very nice, with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps four adults, but plenty of room for six guests if you're flexible. We had two in master bedroom (king bed), two in second bedroom (two double beds), and then two in the living room (couch + roll-away bed). The Quicksilver lift is only a few minutes walk away, as well as access to rental shops and bars/restaurants in the base village there. Hot tub was close, and appreciated after a long day of skiing. Management company was also easy to work with, and particularly helpful on the phone as we checked-in late at night. Had a great time, definitely recommended!
