Picture this: You and your group relaxing around the fireplace, watching the snow fall, and bragging about your epic ski day. The only decision to make is: Do you stay in for a home-cooked meal or hop on the Breck Free Ride and head downtown to get some dinner? As you look at all the happy faces, you’ll know you made the right choice in a vacation rental!

Elk Ridge Imperial Townhome is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxurious home that’s perfect for up to 14 guests. It’s a perfect mixture of comfortable living space and enjoyable amenities, with lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. This townhome is in a great location for skiing in the winter (only two blocks from the Snowflake Lift) and summer as well, with numerous beautiful mountain trails surrounding the property. You’re also just across the street from the Breck Free Ride stop, so getting to and from downtown is a breeze. 

The living area has beautiful leather furniture, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen smart TV. Off the kitchen, there’s a family room area with another fireplace and smart TV, as well as a game/card table. And just look at that kitchen: huge marble waterfall counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable mountain meals. The kitchen table seats eight, and there’s room for eight at the counter. 

Just outside, the upper deck has a table and chairs for outside dining and relaxing, as well as a gas grill. And on the downstairs patio? Your own private hot tub, of course. Serviced between each guest stay so you know the water is always fresh and waiting for you to relax in after a long day of adventures. Also included in your stay at Elk Ridge is complimentary access to the off-site Upper Village Pool which has a large outdoor pool and multiple hot tubs (open seasonally).

There’s also a one-car garage (large enough for a standard SUV) and a designated outdoor parking space. Other amenities include an oversized washer and dryer, complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs through out the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • King master suite: beautiful room with king bed, private attached bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, flat-screen smart TV. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  •  Bedroom 2: triple queen bunk bed, private door to hall bathroom. (sleeps 6)
  •  Hall bathroom: large walk-in tile shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  •  King suite: king bed, flat-screen smart TV, private door to hall bathroom. (sleeps 2)
  •  Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower and 2 sinks. (sleeps 2)
  •  Bedroom 5: full-over full bunk bed w/ twin trundle, flat-screen smart TV, private door to patio and hot tub. (sleeps 5)
  •  Hall bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

  •  A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
  •  For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Interior of unit is very nice and updated, and includes all travel accessories needed. Access to ski slopes is fairly easy if using the free Breck shuttle. However, this is not exactly a ski-in/out unit. We had a mid-size SUV (Jeep) and full-size SUV (Expedition). The garage could accommodate Jeep parking but not the Expedition. Exterior parking of the Expedition was VERY difficult when neighbors had also parked cars outside as the outside space was limited. We had a late night (~10PM) knock on the door by one neighbor that was not able to access his assigned parking. But there wasn't much we could do to help. Overall, this unit has its positive qualities. However, our group prefers a true ski-in/out location, and the parking situation was an issue for us.

A group of us came to town for training on the mountain and the property was perfect. Plenty of beds, close to skiing, and walkable dinner options.
