Loved the location and convenience of Bluebird Market with various eating options. Description is accurate. Contemporary townhouse condo. We did not cook or stress test the kitchen facilities, but gas range looked capable. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Parked 2 cars easily, but it is a very narrow fit. These are 3-level townhomes. 2 bedrooms top floor as represented. I liked the kitchen and 1/2 bath downstairs away from the 2 bedrooms. While it can accommodate 6, that would be a really tight fit for me. I personally think the sweet spot here is 4, but the sofa bed could take 2 people technically. Roof top was nice to sit outside. Management company was very responsive in my communications. Spring skiing at A Basin off season. Hard to beat!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit could have been cleaner. Very surface level cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. The bottoms of our socks were black after the first day from walking on the floors. We did not wear our shoes in the home. Rugs were dirty. We ended up buying a mop and cleaning the floors ourselves. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms need to be cleaned/they are full dirt/dust. The top of the Refrigerator was filthy (we cleaned it). The walls showed wear and tear (scuffs/smudges/dings), especially by the kitchen table. The living room is very small and couch is not at a great angle to view TV. Single vanities in each of the bathrooms. Is is a 4 level narrow condo. Top floor is a deck with chairs (did not use/covered in snow) 3rd level: 2 bedrooms w/ Queen beds. Master has ensuite bath with small tile shower & single vanity. 2nd bedroom's bath is in hall outside with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Full size washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor is living/kitchen. 1st floor garage. Lots of stairs. The GOOD: Ideal location, directly behind the Bluebird Market which offered a great place for a morning coffee and pastry or a quick bite to eat. The garage is tight. It would fit 2 smaller cars, tail to nose. We drove a Dodge Ram pick-up. Not sure another car would fit. Finding overnight parking in Summit County for a 2nd vehicle is challenging. Property Management company responsive/great! The beds (2 Queens) were comfortable, but bedrooms were small (Door swings were awkward). Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of pots and pan, blender, crockpot, dishes, glasses, cups, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker in freezer. Heated floors were nice on cold/snowy days. Bedroom closets are walk-in. Humidifiers in each of the bedrooms (we used distilled water, other previous guests did not as evidenced by the white scaling on the machines - they need to be descaled). Overall: Would stay again due to location. Comfortable, newer condo.

We had such a lovely experience with our stay in Silverthorne. It’s the perfect location to ski at Keystone, Breckenridge or even Copper. It’s a convenient location with lots to offer all around. The actual condo is very modern with a great kitchen and lots of space. It was so great to have the garage with the ability to store our ski gear. I would highly recommend this place, as long as you don’t mind stairs.

This is a lovely townhome in a great location in Silverthorne, CO. It was clean, modern, warm and plenty of room for 2-4. The kitchen was “very” well stocked with quality pots, pans and utensils for those that like to cook like we do. It was not without a few glitches concerning the front door electric lock and the garage door remote. But I am certain Summit Rentals will take care of those. They are always responsive and helpful. I would mention this is a 3 story townhouse and the stairs did kick my butt at 9000+ ft above sea level. And last, they have a wonderful 65” tv in the family room but honestly, it is to big due to the short distance you have sitting across from it.
