This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests, and your furry adventure buddy, for stays of 30+ nights or more. You can enjoy your mountain views from the living area or step out onto your patio to take in the crisp mountain air and the soothing sounds from the river below. Featuring a recently updated kitchen, this condo has everything you need to feel right at home and whip up meals for yourself and the whole crew. In addition, there is a dining table with seating for four and room for two more at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include access to a shared dry-sauna, on-site paid laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for up to (2) vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Parking: 1 garage parking space, 1 outdoor parking space – 2 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
