This tri-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom deluxe townhome is perfect for groups of up to 10 people — and it’s just a two-block stroll to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. This place will be a hit with your family and friends!

The living area has vaulted ceilings and great natural light for an open, airy feel. There’s plenty of seating, as well as a river-rock wood fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV with surround sound – it’s an ideal spot for relaxing and catching a movie (or the morning snow report). And just outside on the deck, there’s your own private hot tub! You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village heated swimming pool and hot tubs.

The full kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, including a gas grill on the patio. The dining table seats XX, and there’s room for XX at the counter. 

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and a gas grill. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. MIDDLE LEVEL:

LOWER LEVEL:

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
  • For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

My women's hockey team stayed here for a hockey tournament during Oktoberfest. There were plenty of bathrooms (10 women!) and the rooms were really quiet. I was able to disappear into the master bedroom to escape the younger teammates �� The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, including a grill on a deck off the kitchen. The management team was very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Cooking and serving meals for 10 people was easy, with a large dining table plus extra seating. The multiple levels allowed for more privacy, as well. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the front porch. Our only inconvenience was having to rent a crib for a tiny infant.

Stayed with 3 adults and 5 teen/tweens. Plenty of space to spread out. Great location - short (but steep!) walk to snowflake lift, easy ski home, and short walk to shops/restaurants. Lots of extra touches - extra towels for hot tub, pots and pans to cook, ski/glove dryer.

Our recent stay at Winterpoint 9 in Breckenridge, CO, left us thoroughly impressed and satisfied. One of the highlights of our experience was the fantastic equipment rental service offered by Charter Sport (discount provided through our rental). Being able to store our gear easily allowed for a seamless ski in/out experience, making our days on the slopes hassle-free. Additionally, the location of Charter Sport, just a short 3-4 minute walk from the house, couldn't have been more convenient. The amenities at the rental were great. The hot tub was a delightful treat after a day of skiing, providing a perfect way to unwind and relax. With ample space for two families of 5, we never felt cramped or crowded. It was wonderful to have so much room to spread out and enjoy our time together. While the accommodations were generally superb, there were a couple of minor issues. The bed in the room by the kitchen had a slight slope towards one side, which made it a bit challenging for two adults to sleep comfortably. Additionally, we found that the dryer may need some maintenance, as it struggled to fully dry a typical load on "high heat". Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience at the townhouse was overwhelmingly positive. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cooking supplies, making it easy to prepare meals for our large group. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and would not hesitate to book it again on future visits to Breckenridge. Its combination of convenience, comfort, and amenities made for a truly memorable vacation experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

This townhome was perfect!! It was clean and completely stocked well. Most times the kitchens don't have all you need but this kitchen exceeded all needs. We enjoyed the little trail into town just out the back door. The area was quiet and clean as well. This is definitely a place we would rent again!!! Also, Summit Mountain Rentals did also check in to make sure we didn't need anything and I truly appreciate that!! Great experience!!
