Trails End Laid Back Condo is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with an open, spacious layout and balcony overlooking the mountains and complex. After your day on the slopes, relax and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room, or just kick back in front of the gas fireplace with family and guests. There’s a full kitchen to make après ski snacks or a gourmet meal, with room for six at the dining table and four more at the counter. You can also easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair in minutes.

You’ll also enjoy indoor and outdoor hot tubs facing the ski slopes and a dry sauna, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool and Clubhouse with a heated pool and multiple hot tubs just across the street. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, multiple coin-laundry facilities and designated parking. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We rented Trails End 507 ski-in/walk 50 yards to ski out to Quicksilver lift. Easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Stayed in Trails End last year and loved the location. Condo had lots of towels, TP, dishwasher tabs and soap, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters. Hotel size starter of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 small bars of soap in both baths. I was told no condiments, but found oil, salt/pepper and a few other spices and items on one shelf in the kitchen, which was nice. No foil, plastic wrap, etc. Reported the toaster not working on day 1 and never did get a replacement by day 5, so used the broiler to toast bread. I prefer a dish cloth to a sponge, so used a bathroom face cloth for dishes. Also, the drain plug for the kitchen was missing. Had to fill bowls/kettles to hand wash some dishes and wipe up. Inside hot tub not working. Outside hot tub (fits 8-10 people) not working our last day there. All in all a good experience. Would rent again.

Fantastic location! Great hot tub! Clean place with plenty of space. It's a bit dated with some obvious repairs that could easily spruce it up, but generally functional.

Excellent location, comfortable furniture, roomy and clean. Needs new toaster (the thin bread caught on fire), knives were super dull and it needs new cookware.

Can't beat the price and location. Very easy walk to all the fun stuff in Breck. Plenty of space for our group of 3. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint would be the heat. It wouldn't turn off and we ended up having to open the patio door and both windows at night to help offset the sweltering heat. It did make drying out any wet ski gear much easier ha. The ski in is possible but a snowboarder will likely have to walk unless they get up a ton of speed to make it to the actual walk in spot. Overall though, we had a great time. The hosts were incredibly helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

As long as you know you aren't getting a luxe condo this place is fantastic. Everything you need and nothing you don't 100 yards from Quicksilver. Better mattresses would be my only suggestion.

I don't know that I've ever read VRBO reviews that are as spot on as the ones for this unit. Summit Mountain Rentals, excellent; Location, excellent; Condo Complex Amenities, good (hot tubs got crowded, but we enjoyed the company, others may not); Unit 507, outdated and needs some updating may be an understatement, but managed our expectations so we were not surprised when we arrived. The comments about the condition of the unit are true and it needs some serious updating and attention, so if luxury is what you are looking for this is not the place, however, it fit our needs perfectly and we were comfortable (Mom & Dad, plus 4 college kids). We will keep this unit on our list every time we visit Breck.

We enjoyed our stay at the Trails End. The location is great with being so close to the silver chair lift and the town. It is very spacious and cozy, but an older property.

Overall the experience was great. The check-in process was very simple and quick! The rental unit was very clean and comfortable, and amazing access to the slopes! Ski right up to the door!! Only complaint would be the noise that came from the unit above us (the unit on the 6th floor). Not sure what was going, but it sounded like they were having a furniture re-arranging party 24/7!!

Trails End is a great location and a TRUE Ski-in/Out. With COVID is was simple to go to the condo for lunch and take a break. Room 507 does need to be updated. It was fine for the brother and I, but it my wives would have joined us they would not have been happy with the out dated decor.

The condo was very comfortable and large. The building had a back entrance that led to a short walkway to one of Breckenridge's main ski lift. It is located only a block from Main Street shopping and restaurants. You can walk to everything you need!

Good experience. Everything was clean and working. Condo was a little dated and the Mastet bedroom did not get heat as well as the other bedrooms at night, but otherwise everything was good. Loved the access to the slopes and hit tub and location to The town was wonderful.

Walk out the backdoor and you’re steps to the kids ski school, the Maggie, and the lift! The condo is large and a really nice cute space! Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Trails End 3 years in a row. Primarily because of its fantastic Peak 9 ski-in/ski-out location. Peak 9 is a great place for a family with Skiers/Boarders of different skill levels as Peak 9 has quick access to every type of run. Trails End 507 - you are paying for location. This unit could stand some updating. I don't need "fancy", but parts of this unit have not been updated in ages. It would be nice if they bought a decent television so you could watch March Madness during spring skiing. Having said all that - the price is for the unit is reasonable given the alternatives to other ski-in/ski-out locations.
