Swan Valley Estate is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom log home with lots of room for groups of up to eight – and with two king suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share! It’s a short 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes and affords you unparalleled privacy and incredible views. Inside, the main living area showcases the home’s impressive hand-hewn log construction with vaulted ceilings, large wraparound windows to take in the views, and a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth with a wood stove. Off the kitchen, there’s another sitting area with more couches and a flat-screen TV and upstairs, there’s a smaller sitting area with a flat-screen TV just off the master suite.

The kitchen features large granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) a dining table that seats 10, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and memorable holiday meals. Outside, there’s a huge wraparound deck for taking in the views and the crisp mountain air, as well as a gas grill. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for four vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
