This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom luxury home is one of our premier flagship properties; it’s perfect for large families and groups up to 14. You’ll love the private hot tub, and the nearby Lower Flume trail offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, as well as hiking and mountain biking in the summer. And with multiple master suites, it’s perfect for multiple families to share.

The living area is spectacular: soaring vaulted ceiling, upscale furniture, a two-story rock gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ski slopes. There’s also a full entertainment room downstairs with a huge flat-screen TV and another fireplace, as well as a loft/seating area upstairs for relaxing, reading and games. Outside, relax and enjoy the large deck, gas grill and hot tub.

The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s delight: plenty of granite counter space, a gas range, double oven and an elegant dining table that seats eight (as well as room for five at the counter). There’s a two-car heated garage, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

  • King master suite: fabulous suite with king bed, huge private bathroom with large walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, private sitting area with full sleeper sofa, private balcony, great views of Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Tenmile Range. (sleeps 4)
  • Queen suite 2: beautiful room with queen bed, private bathroom with tile tub/shower, private balcony, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Loft: full sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • King suite 3: huge suite with king bed, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, private door to deck, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL

  • Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, private door to hot tub, patio. (sleeps 2)
  • Twin suite: two twin bunk beds, bathroom with tub/shower (also opens to hall/den). (sleeps 4)
  • Den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

It was disappointing that we could not check in early. You guys stated that the house was not ready BUT we were at the house when I texted. We waited at the house for 3 house no one came to clean and then you guys texted me that the house was ready. Clearly it was ready but for some reason we couldn't get in. I will not be renting again from Summit Mountain again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house if amazing, beautiful, very comfortable for our group of 13 persons. We loved that each family had their own bathroom. The Summit Mountain rental Staff was so helpful and kind when orientation was needed. I definitely recommend the company and this house to anyone with a big trip group or family.

This property was great for our group's summer vacation to Summit County. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. All of the rooms were comfortable and as described. The location is private while still being just a few minutes drive to town.

Silverview at Highlands is the best home we have stayed at so far in our Colorado visits, 6 in 2 1/2 years. It is everything we expected and more. The space to spread out and have privacy, or all come together is perfect in this home. We had a group of 11, family and friends, and the bedrooms are spaced out in 4 different areas. The home was clean and cozy, even though it is a very large home. I loved cooking in the kitchen. The views from every window and balcony are gorgeous, especially since there was already about a foot of snow on the ground when we got there. And it is convenient to town with lots of open yard to play in. We would definitely stay here again. This is the second time we have booked with Summit Mountain Rentals and will be booking with them again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home!

We brought kids and grandkids together for a patriarch 80th birthday. The house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate 4 families - each with their own area with bedrooms and baths. Plenty of room to come together for a wonderful week in a beautiful house with beautiful views. An experience we will remember a long time. Went for my bachelor party with 10 other guys.. plenty of room and everything was super nice. It snowed while we were their and people came and cleared the driveway and sidewalk... even the hot tub guy came to make sure it was good to go!

The Silverview at Highlands home is truly a great experience. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious each with its own bath. The back deck and yard have an amazing mountain view and lead directly to a hiking trail. The home was well equipped for our 10 guests and has a spacious kitchen and dining area. Communication and cleanliness were top-notch. I would highly recommend booking this home for large families or groups. The home is conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco so travel to either town is less than 10 minutes. The staff was more than accomodating and friendly to communicate with. This was a perfect spot for a family getway!

Overall beautiful house. Large and spacious. No shoe rule is a bit of a pain! Beds not very comfortable. House has beautiful windows and no blackout drapes ... it gets bright (really bright!) as soon as the sun rises.

Great house for a large group of people. Beautiful view from balconies and hot tub and in a semi private location. The steam shower was a hit for everyone. Only complaint is some of the appliances were not working properly and we were not left with any cleaning supplies so it was hard to clean up after large meals, etc. Overall a great experience though!

We loved our stay at Silverview. We had plenty of room for our group of 11, and the property was in a great location between downtown Breckenridge and Frisco. The home was quiet, spotless, and the views were beautiful. We especially enjoyed having hiking trails right next to the property and seeing deer from the hot tub! I would recommend taking a sleep mask because the upstairs rooms do get bright very early. Also, three of the bedrooms are advertised as having king beds, but one of them is a queen. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

The home was everything we expected and more. 5 bedrooms, each with their own bath, and spread out throughout the house. Everyone has their own space and privacy. Two of the master suites open up to their own private balcony and the third master suite opens up to a semi-private deck area on the main deck. The view from the deck and main living area are spectacular. The kitchen was a dream. I could go on and on. The pictures on the ad site are accurate but don't do the place justice. Everything about the property exceeded all of our expectations. We definitely want to return.

We had a seamless, wonderful stay @ the Silverview at Highlands property. The interior was spacious and offered lots of privacy via different corridors of the house. Conversely, the living room, den, and kitchen/dining areas were open and great for large groups. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, cooking dinner in the massive kitchen, and enjoying the hilltop views the house had to offer. The house is equidistant to Breckenridge and Frisco for nighttime activities, and centrally located for easy access to a number of ski resorts. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for our group. There was 7 of us (3 couples and 1single). The floor plan of the house worked really well. The only “complaint” would be the information stated there were 3 king sized rooms. However, there were only 2king sized beds and then 2 queen. You might want to update the description. The living room-dining room-kitchen set up worked perfect. We would defiyckne back to stay.

This is the second year in a row we have come back to Breck for my birthday. Just like last year, everything was great. We had 8 friends total stay at this location and everyone was amazed by the size, amenities and comfort of the home. Summit Mountain Rentals is best place to find any lodging in Breck. Very nice home! Well layed out for our diverse group! Beautiful decor and very comfortable. Heated floors made it cozy. You can use one side of the garage which is nice. Location is close enough to all. 10 minutes to lifts and food! The home was fantastic! Wifi was slow however. And management/maid service needs to leave more towels and pillow cases as well as shampoo for multiple day stays.

Incrediable home and great for kids to have their own space and the adults can relax and still know what is going on with the kids. Great for two families, and/or bring grandparents along that want to enjoy what Breck/Frisco have to offer, but may not want to ski. True mountain hide-a-way with friendly neighbors. Have to have one or two vehicles to make it work. Best if you have a few folks that are not skiing and can drop you off at the Gondola or desired starting point. Can see it would be amazing in the summer!! Well worth the money!

Our vacation stay at Silverview was wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a great location only minutes from Breckenridge. Our family was able spend time together and yet each couple had separate sleeping and bathroom areas. The home is designed with lots of windows overlooking the mountains and an expansive deck area. We would recommend this home to others wanting to vacation in Breckenridge.

Overall, extremely upscale rental. Only negative was that there was NO hot water for the showers, which made it a bit uncomfortable. This was brought to the attention of the management company, and hopefully fixed for the next renter. I doubt they shall reduce the cost of rental though for this inconvenience.

The only thing was that some light of the bedroom upper flor and bedroom in main level stop working, some of the bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. We skied several of the nearby mountains and found the location amenable to getting to the various mountains. We love to cook and loved to cook in the kitchen. Everything was delightful.

We did encounter a few minor problems, such as a plugged garbage disposal, TV problem etc, but all problems were addressed promptly by management. A very relaxing vacation.

The only thing I would reccommend is for the property to get new knives as they are very dull and some new non stick pots and pans....otherwise the place is perfect.
