Silverbell Long Stay Chalet is an incredible 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows for perfect natural light and an open, airy feel. There’s a massive, floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, beautiful seating options, and a flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of mountain adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, upscale stainless-steel appliances (including a double oven) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up fantastic meals for your group. There’s seating for up to eight at the dining table and room for three at the counter.

Just outside, you’ll find a deck with nice seating and a gas grill. And the stairs off the deck lead to a tree-lined backyard and patio with a gas fireplace and a large hot tub for soaking and taking in the views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal! Shuttles to and from Denver and DIA  — as well as surrounding ski areas — also are easily accessible at the Frisco Transit Center, a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. Wal-Mart, Safeway and other stores and restaurants are also a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. 

Upstairs, you’ll find two office areas for catching up on emails during your extended stay. The downstairs area of the home features a family room with a large Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar. Other amenities include a large washroom with a full-size washer/dryer, and a two-car garage with driveway parking for one additional vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. MID-UPPER LEVEL:

• Master suite: king bed, huge private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower and 2 sinks, gas fireplace, large Smart TV. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

• Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

• Bedroom 3: queen bed, Smart TV. (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: queen bed, Smart TV, private door to yard and hot tub. (sleeps 2)
• Bathroom: tub/shower, 2 sinks.
