This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome is a great way to experience mountain luxury at its finest. Groups of up to eight people can relax and enjoy themselves with plenty of room to spread out. Take a dip in the private hot tub after a great day of skiing, mountain biking or any of the other activities Summit County has to offer. Or, kick back in front of the beautiful floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace!  

The living area also features plenty of seating on high-end leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV for taking in the game or morning snow report. The open kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom alder cabinetry, a professional grade four-burner stovetop plus a griddle, and top-of-the-line cookware. The beautiful custom dining table seats eight, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Venture out to the flagstone patio to find true outdoor relaxation: a six-person hot tub, a gas fire pit, and glorious views of the Tenmile Range. Or, throw some dinner on the gas grill. MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, private bathroom with corner jetted tub and separate steam shower, gas fireplace, LCD TV, door to patio/hot tub deck.
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

 

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Usually pictures are better than the real thing. However, that is not the case for this gorgeous townhome. It is much better in person. Cozy, quit and unique. We wanted to extend our stay however it was booked. Management is really professional and ensures you are always taken care of. Kitchen is fully equipped with slow cooker, coffee maker, plates, utensils etc. Some cooking pans are older, but they still do the job. Dinning table fits 7 people and the fireplace in the living room warm up very well. The rooms have plenty of blankets. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. It isn't a secluded townhome in the woods. There are lots of townhomes around it and a hotel near by. But it is VERY quit that you won't even notice it with the beautiful mountain view. Can't wait to be back!

The house was in very good shape but the last one that we rent the last year in the shores was much better, the pillows was very firm and the bed clothing looks very old and bad shape

We had 3 couples stay at the home. Plenty of room for everyone. Located just on the outskirts of town and you have the Blue River in your backyard and amazing view which was a spectacular surprise. The garage was great for parking our motorcycles. Highly recommend!

We had a great visit to the Shores Riverside Townhome. It worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our group. We had a slight problem with the blinds covering the door to the patio. The blinds didn't work...a maintenance person came and attended to the problem the next day. The managers were very helpful and readily available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this management group and this house.

The location of our townhome at the shores was perfect. We were very close to the bike path for walking and hiking trails were also nearby. Having the Blue River out our back door was wonderful. We enjoyed practicing casting a new fly rod. The home was great and stocked with everything we needed. Our only concerns were the floor buckling by the refrigerator that was covered with a rug. Also the garage floor was caked with dirt. My husband attempted to sweep some of the dirt to clean a path to the door. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everyone had an excellent stay with beautiful scenery. A plus was it snowed during our stay which made it feel like a winter wonder land. Perfect location between Breck and Frisco to enjoy all the amenities. Great spot!

We stayed at this beautiful property with my kids and grandkids for a week to celebrate our 50 wedding anniversary. It was great. It’s a comfortable and warm space that allowed for both together time and privacy when apart. The views out the back with the lovely Blue River rushing in the background cannot be beat. Space was clean and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We had a group of four friends for a golf and hiking trip. The condo was very spacious and each of us were able to have our own rooms. The condo was conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco so we were able to get quick access to our destinations as well as dining options. The condo was very clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. Two extremely minor concerns - 1) they were working on the landscaping (which in the long will make the condo are even more beautiful) and 2) the tv in the main living room was a little temperamental but the tvs in all the other rooms and upstairs living room worked well. These are minor issues and do not detract from the 5 star rating.

This house was a pleasant surprise. Our group size was 8 and the house felt spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking large meals. The location is perfectly located in between Frisco and downtown Breckenridge offering short driving distances to almost any activity. We'll definitely be back!

Our family stayed at Fairmont Residence on the River the last weekend in January. We scheduled a sleigh ride at Breckenridge Stables and a snow tubing outing at Keystone. The location was absolutely perfect. Both outings were extremely, easily accessible. We also took in the Ice sculptures downtown. The condo was grand, lodge-like, with high end finishes and amenities, and accommodating for 3 families. This is on our "must stay again" list. You will not be disappointed.

Our home was perfect for us. Having the river outside the back of the home was amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub. We were there when the hot tub tech came and checked levels, etc. I was so glad to see that. The steam shower in the master bath spoiled my husband and me. We want one now. Everything is beautiful and the town is close by. Beautiful!

Fairmont Residence at The Shores in Breckenridge is the best place to stay while in Colorado. The views of the mountains and the river is about 40ft. from the backyard cannot be beat! We were so impressed with this rental, from the top-of-the-line finishes in the house to the location a few miles from town to the hot tub and firepit overlooking the river... It was an amazing value. We would definitely recommend it. (We weren't sure if we were going to like the location, but it was perfect, a five-minute drive to the ski slopes, and right across the street from the nordic center.)

We experienced a wonderful month of outdoor air conditioning while escaping the dreadful Houston August heat. The house was everything we hoped for and was a grand place for guests of ours to stay as they passed through Breckenridge. Our goal was to play as much golf as possible so the location across the road from the Breckenridge Golf Course with easy access to Keystone and The Raven Course was perfect. Obviously not used much for the summer experience, when we first arrived there was no patio furniture but Summit Rentals got right on it with the owners and furniture was delivered on time for several dinner parties that allowed us to enjoy the wonderful outdoor weather and views of the Blue River and mountains. We would certainly return if the opportunity presents itself.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with some family to ski/board in Breckenridge. And EVERYONE in our party had a great time. This house has very high quality touches--from the TVs in practically every room to the steam shower and hot tub. We easily cooked a full, traditional turkey dinner--which isn't really always possible in a rental unit--since the kitchen had enough pots, pans, etc. and great appliances. It's just slightly out of Breckenridge--about 6-7 minutes to the gondola parking lot, but that fit our needs just fine. We had a couple of VERY minor maintenance items that weren't serious enough to bother having fixed while we were there--we just told the management company when we were leaving. I would DEFINITELY recommend this unit and would stay there again.
