4 BR, 4.5 BA PRIVATE HOME – HOT TUB – ON GOLF COURSE!

This may be the best year-round location in Breckenridge. Sitting on a Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course, it’s just a short distance from bike trails, fly fishing and miles of Nordic skiing, and it’s an easy drive Breckenridge Ski Resort and downtown Breckenridge for shopping, dining and entertainment. Throw in a private hot tub, and everyone in your group will love it!

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom deluxe home is a great retreat for large families or groups of up to 12 people. Entering the great room, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful 30-foot-tall vaulted ceiling with log trusses and a bridge spanning the room on the second floor. Relax by the moss rock fireplace and the flat-screen TV while looking out over the fifth tee of the golf course and the beautiful forests surrounding it. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and seating for eight at the dining table and 4 more at the counter. There are patio doors from the breakfast bar that open onto the ground level patio where you’ll find a gas grill and private hot tub.

All guests staying at the Hohenmark Haus will absolutely love the private bathrooms with jetted tubs in every bedroom. Other amenities include a washer & dryer, ski storage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for four vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 1: queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower. (sleeps 4)
  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: captain’s bunk (twin over full), queen futon, private bathroom with jetted tub/shower. (sleeps 5)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master bedroom: queen bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2-car garage with 2 outdoor spaces — 4 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Lots of space for a large family trip with plenty of bathrooms. Hot tub was excellent and the heated garage was an added bonus! It's a quick drive to slopes and town. Furniture is a little dated but the beds were comfy. The adults ended hanging out at the dinner after the kids went to sleep because the living room didn't have enough lighting. The only other knock was the floors weren't mopped well so when the kids were crawling around, their clothes got all dirty. The property management company was great and sent someone over quickly when we had an issue with one of the toilets.

Great spot! Very large home, cozy feel, awesome fireplaces and hot tub. Great place for a group of friends/couples and within minutes of Nordic ski center and 10min for DT breck.

Huge home with plenty of space for a larger group. The hot tub was incredible and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook all weekend. Location was great. Only a ~8-10 min drive from the Gondola! Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic and the house has a lot of room. The main issue we had with the property was cleanliness of the floor in the kitchen and dated amenities. The hot tub was in great condition and tons of fun. The management company was easy to get a hold of and helpful. Overall we had a great time.

The house was perfect! We used the hot tub quite a bit and the space on the first floor was great for us to comfortably spread out. We had just about everything we needed to cook and relax within the home. Loved the yard space out back and had a great time.

Plenty of space for all 3 families with kids ranging from 4-15 to accommodate our group. the location was fantastic as we were skiing at Breckenridge (10 minutes max) and yet we didn’t feel like we were in town. plenty of supplies and kitchen tools to prepare breakfast and dinner. it was evident that this is a personal home versus a corporate owned rental so there were several personal touches throughout the house. some very minor updates could be made throughout the house but again it has everything you need to enjoy a vacation and has plenty of positive character. we would rent again

Location is great, home is very specious, accommodates a large family, for COVID precautions we clean the kitchen and living room, there where many dishes and utensils not properly clean had to re-wash those, my biggest complaint would be the beds where not comfortable. We had to purchase a mattress pad to place under so the bed springs wouldn’t poke.

This is. Lovely home with room for a big family which we have. We enjoyed playing yard games in the backyard and walking the golf course after hours. The home is well-stocked and furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. Our only complaint was the lack of towels. There should at least be enough towels for the number of people the house sleeps.

This home was wonderful! We even had a small fox visit us each day! Plenty of space for everyone! We had some German guests with us that were absolutely amazed by the size and look of the condo. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We enjoyed a family Thanksgiving in the home. The open floor plan is very nice. Plenty of space. The family decorated each room with an interesting theme in mind. Great private hot tub. We were in Breckenridge for my daughters wedding and the Hohenmark Haus cold not have been a better place to stay. It's a beautiful place with plenty of room. And it's next to the 5th tee on the Breckenridge golf course - wish I'd brought my clubs :-)

This is a great house with lots of room to entertain and relax. Only problem we had was the oven keeps tripping the breaker. If they get that fixed than this is a great house to stay.

The house was great, the area was great! Very quite. Only negative thing I have to say is that the pictures showed TVs in all the rooms, but the only rooms that had a TV were the LR, Master, and the little side room. Other than that, everything was perfect. Greatly recommend this house!
