This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. The cozy living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV w/DVD player, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. You can also step out onto the private patio to take in the trees and brisk mountain air. The full kitchen features granite tile counters and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four at the counter for breakfast and snacks.

The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Queen bedroom: queen bed, Smart TV, bathroom with tub/shower (also opens to loft). (sleeps 4)
  • Loft: two twin beds. (sleeps 2)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master bedroom: king bed, Smart TV, bathroom with tub/shower (also opens to living area), private door to patio. (sleeps 2)  
  • Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

I am late sending this but wanted to say THANK YOU! My family had a great experience earlier this year. The unit location and description was exactly as described online. Our 3 boys enjoyed being so close to Snowflake lift (and Charter Sports too) and be able to be on the mountain for 1st tracks! The unit was very clean and most importantly quiet during the evening to rest for the next day. We will return next season!

Great accommodation for a family of six. Very clean and comfortable. Shared hot tub was very large and enjoyed by all. Easy access to slopes. Check in process was easy. Heated garage parking was a plus. Would definitely consider stay here again.

Our stay at Riverbend was excellent. The lift is just feet away and the rental company is right next to the lift. Made renting and storing skis very easy and convenient. After taking the snowflake trail down the 1st time to go back to the condo we learned that it's not the best way to get back, taking the 4 o'clock trail puts you right across the street from the lift and no flat "poling" to get there. The condo was clean. A bit small for the 7 of us (3 adults & 4 kids), especially when trying to get ready to head out skiing for the day - but we make it work. Everything you needed was right there. Beds were all good except for the master bed, it was terrible. Super saggy and woke up with a neck/back ache in the mornings. Very quiet though, couldn't really hear the neighbors except when there was a bunch of people partying in the outdoor hot tub. We all would stay at this location again, especially being so close to the lift and easily able to walk into town.

Great location next to a short, scenic hiking trail and a short drive to town in Breckenridge. This condo fit our family of 6 nicely. Kitchen is well equipped. The small deck was was nice and has a great view.

Great location near snowflake lift and not too far from town. We were able to walk down to town most evenings and would catch a ride back up. Big hot tub on location. Convenient parking. Condo was plenty big for 5 adults.

We had a great stay here. The unit is well-maintained and well-stocked with blankets, towels, dishes, etc. There is lots of storage and places to hang your ski gear. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors. The master bedroom mattress is needing to be replaced as it is sagging, but we were still able to sleep comfortably. The one overall problem we had was the unit was quite warm at night, even with the thermostat lowered to 65. Our kids slept upstairs and it was especially warm. The location was ideal...steps to the lift and a quick drive to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at 218 Riverbend and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times!! Walk out the front door and Snowflake lift is right there!! The kids had a great time playing in the snow and building snow forts and also sledding. We highly recommend this condo!

Great value for ski in and ski out property. The location is good - close to the lift. Unit in good condition except for a couple minor maintenance issues that came up. The spa location was disappointing; did not use due to that. Spiral staircase was interesting. Excellent place for a "guys trip" because it has 4 separate beds.

This was a nice little condo. The den furnishings were nice, but the bedrooms need updating. The mattress, sheets and blankets in the Master bedroom were very warn and dirty. When we checked in, the common areas, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but again, the beds and sheets, especially the Master did not look as if the sheets had been changed after the last guest. Kind of grossed us out.
