River West Red Peak Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo that’s fantastic for couples and small families. The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV; there’s also a patio just outside for relaxing in the mountain air. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or full meals. There’s seating for four at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Premises not adequately cleaned. Throw pillows and sofa very dusty. No blackout drapes in living room and bedroom. Screen door not movable. No stepping stool for higher cabinets and shelves. Poor TV's service and convoluted remote access methods.

The condo is beautiful and comes with a well-stocked kitchen. Loved being so close to the river. I did not like working with Summit Mountain Rental and prefer working directly with the owner. Summit Mountain Rental communicates only by text and I find that highly unprofessional. I would not rent the condo again if I had to deal with Summit Mountain Rental.

Unit was very convenient to downtown, nearby hiking, and fishing. Very clean and bright, with easy parking right out the sliding door (or a short walk around the building). Comfy bed and couch and a very functional kitchen and bathroom. Only recommendation would be to put full blinds in the living room (similar to what's in the bedroom) for some more privacy - when other cars pull up, they shine right into the living room.

The condo itself is perfect for 2 people, and it looks exactly like the photos! The kitchen has everything you need to cook which was nice, and everything was very clean and tidy. The hot tub is straight out the front door and very convenient. My only notes are that the living room curtains are sheer as can be, and there is parking right outside the window, so especially at night everyone can see right in. The parking for the condo is a decent walk to get to the front door, so getting your luggage or groceries inside is a hassle. We ended up just parking in front of the door to unload and then going to park around the corner in our designated spot each time. With that being said though, for the location and the price of the condo it was very well worth it. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Silverthorne and will likely return!

The stay was memorable very nice apartment. The location is close to stores & restaurants. The apartment was new and very clean. Cozy and warm with new accessories. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed tools. Only drawbacks were the bathroom was missing a hairdryer also the bedroom blinds are paper thus sun light and car lights break thru to bedroom. Unit is one first floor thus parking cars lights break thru the bedroom window at all hours of the night. Lastly the other tenants do not honor designated parking spaces. It is a free for all parking.

We really enjoyed the unit. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it. The only suggestion I have is that, being a first floor unit, it would be better if the windows in the living room and bedroom had heavier drapes to prevent the glare of headlights from vehicles in the parking spaces right outside of the windows.

Their disclaimer that "construction noise may be audible during daylight hours" was a severe understatement since there was a construction trailer parked 10 feet off the back patio and the noise was incessant from 8am to 7pm M-Sat, literally right outside the door. The culmination of the nightmarish hades of the accommodations was a construction lift running into my car which was parked in the woefully ridiculous designated parking spot right in the midst of construction, creasing in my truck 1.5 feet, leaving me to deal with the HOA, rental, company, insurance company, and construction company during the course of a "relaxing" vacation, and leaving me to roll around in a junk car the rest of my time out there. If I knew the true nature of the environment and circumstance that I was operating in, there would've been zero chance that I would've rented the space. Do yourself a favor and don't!

Great location and condo. Beautiful 1 bedroom and fold out in the big livingroom. Perfect for my daughter and I. So new construction is ongoing.
