Peak 8 Village Retreat Condo is a great year-round choice! In the winter, you can walk Gold Run Nordic Center for some cross-country skiing or take the ski shuttle to the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. In the summer, hop on your bike or lace up your hiking boots and hit the miles of great trails right outside your door, including the popular Peaks Trail. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor condo that can easily accommodate groups of up to eight. The living area has plenty of light, and vaulted ceilings make for an open, airy feeling. There’s a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops fed and happy, and there’s a deck for taking in the mountain air!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facilities and a private ski locker. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

  • A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

The condo was the best of both worlds. It was cozy enough that we didn't feel it was too big and large enough that as five adults we all had our own space. The space was also well equipped and most things worked without any learning curve.

The condo met our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and each room is decorated so nicely. The kitchen is equipped fully to your needs! It was a surprise to see items like oil, flour, sugar, seasonings, ect...for cooking. We didn’t use anything, because we ate out both days we were there, but useful if we did want to cook. The flight up the stairs to very top gave us a great workout. Keep that in mind if you are hauling a bunch of stuff!

This was a last minute booking as we had to fly to Breck early. I was not aware this was a third floor walkup and coming in late this was extremely inconvenient and difficult to get into with kids, luggage and groceries. The unit was decent and roomy enough but could use some updating. The step off into the living room was also really dangerous with the bar stools! It was also difficult to find at night. It suited our needs for two days but would not stay long term.

Family friendly place so close to peak 8!!!!

We have been staying in Breckenridge for the past four years. We have always stayed at Gold camp which is across the street from peak 8Village, but this stay was exceptional. Summit mountain rentals really went all out. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. There were so many toiletries and towels and washcloths available as well as dishwasher pellets, trash bags, cookware etc. The smart TV had Roku, Apple TV, Netflix, so in the evenings we watched family movies together. The shuttle stops walking distance up the hill, so we were one of the first ones on the slopes! The beds are super comfy, and there are two bathrooms which makes it much easier with two families. The couch pulls out into a queen pillow top mattress bed, we were fighting over who would sleep there instead of the beds, LOL. Because we cooked all of our meals there, we stopped for groceries in Frisco at Safeway. While I was doing a load of laundry in the next building over, building C, my family went up to start skiing. I took a shuttle later on in the day by myself and within a couple of minutes I met up with them. Upon arrival into Breckenridge, management team was in constant contact via text message to let us know that the condo will be ready earlier than the 4 o’clock check-in. We went snowmobiling it’s a blinding in Leadville which is about 45 minutes away. Great times!We will definitely stay here again!

We were not for warned that the unit was on the third floor. We are both 80. Maybe I should have asked but still it is not fair to warn people of his fact.

The staff at Summit Rentals was fantastic. The unit itself could really use a little TLC. The couch is very worn as well as the carpet and bedding. A fresh coat of paint would also work wonders. But our stay overall was great.

The place was in a fantastic location and very clean. It does need a little repair - broken towel rail, ripped bedspread, stained blankets and the lights flicked on/off in the twin bedroom. But otherwise I would stay there again.

This wasn't the place that we were told we were getting, I was given a link to look at pictures of the place before I got there and this was a different unit all together. The unit that we had was GREAT we may have be upgraded but we were never told anything. We all had such a great time, we will be back for sure!
