This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight. The living area is cozy with comfortable furniture, a river-rock gas fireplace, and a huge flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up snacks or a home-cooked meal, and there’s plenty of room for everyone with six places at the dining room table and three more at the counter. There's even a gas grill on the deck for barbecuing!
The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, as well as access to the seasonal Upper Village community swimming pool and hot tubs. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The location of the property was great and communications with the property owner was perfect. The size of the unit was also very comfortable for our family. There were just a few minor issues including a non-functioning fireplace that were a disappointment.

We had a great early season stay at Mount Massive. This was our third stay at Park Place and our favorite condo to date. The location is unbeatable. Great access to town, to the village and to the gondola. The unit is comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the puzzles and games in the closet and easily connected our fire stick to the TV to watch our subscription channels (Netflix etc). One suggestion is to add more substantial mattress covers/pads to the beds.

Wonderful stay. Well equipped kitchen tons of spices. Very roomy. Easy walk to shops gondola. Storage for bikes and hot tubs just outside the building. Fridge stopped working and they had a temp one sent same day and the other repaired the next. Very impressed!

The location was perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Breckenridge, and a great mid-point for the surrounding towns we wanted to explore. Location is easy access to several ski lifts via free 5 minute ride on shuttle, stop located right on corner. Ski right down to the corner at end of day. Condo Across the street from the seasonal ice sculpture competition. Just a 5 minute walk to town and 5 minute free shuttle to the large grocery store. Has a free parking spot but with the easy access to the free shuttles and town we had no reason to rent a car.
Full amenities in spotless Kitchen for cooking anything you desire. Each room has its own heat zone for custom comfort. Bathrooms in excellent condition. Steam room awesome after a full day on the slopes.
Large dining and entertainment area with gas fireplace and large screen TV perfect for relaxing after that steam bath.

We spent 12 nights in 201A during January and had a wonderful time skiing and exploring Breck and nearby ski fields. The location ticked off many positives including being only a short walk (100m) to the 4 O'Clock bus stop, and then the subsequent ski home, as well as having easy access to Main street (the walk through the park with the Christmas lights is magical). The Condo itself was very roomy for a family of 4 adults and had every convenience imaginable. The steam shower (in addition to the 2 complex spas) was very welcome after a full day on the slopes! Besides the floor rugs in the living room and the main bedroom always 'scrunching up' and being a slight trip hazard, it was a very comfortable place to stay. It would have been great if there was somewhere to store our skis and poles on the ground level instead of walking then up and down to the 2nd floor (that's just an old person thought / request :-) ) There were no noise issues even though Park Avenue was right outside our front balcony, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I loved our stay in this condo. The unit was very clean and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the master bed was very comfortable. The location was also terrific. It's located within easy walking to shops and restaurants. While it's located on a busy, noisy street, the noise only occurs during the day. It was very quiet at night. There were a few minor maintenance issues (ice maker and water dispenser don't work in the fridge as well as the hand sprayer in the kitchen sink and the exhaust fan in the master bath also didn't work) but these issues didn't effect our enjoyment. We'd definitely recommend this unit and would gladly stay there again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in 201A! The condo was very clean and well supplied. It is on the busy 4 o'clock roundabout, so you hear traffic noise when sliding door open, but facing east let's you enjoy beautiful sunrises and warms balcony in AM to enjoy your morning coffee outside. King bed in master very comfortable, but master shower tucked in awkward place and we used other bathroom shower. Condo needs some minor fixes- dripping BR faucet, screen out of place on bedroom window, and shelf edge in fridge coming loose, notes given to Summit rental. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shops.
