Looking for a condo that’s close to the lifts and a short stroll from Breck’s Main Street? You’ve found it! Plus, you can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to it. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. This is a place you and your family and friends will love!

Park Place Deer Camp Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight — and with two “suite” bedrooms with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a river-rock gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the gear you’ll need to make memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. There’s also a private balcony for relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to whisk you around town as well as to the slopes! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles.

This beautiful cozy condo had every detail covered! The kitchen was fully stocked, even the wine opener and fabulous wine tumblers to take to the hot tub! The hot tub was wonderful to soak in after a fun filled day on the mountain. The fireplace was the best for early mornings and relaxation at night. We loved the close proximity to downtown, literally super close to the best shopping (fabulous for our teenagers)! Skiing back to the condo was easy once you found the sign nailed to the tree that said "Park Place", super easy to ski down Lower Four O'Clock run, but look for the sign nailed to the tree and 1 block walk back to the condo (super easy). Snowflake lift is the closest lift or the free shuttle was really easy right outside the condo to get to the Gondola and came on-time. Communication from Summit Mountain Rentals was also easy and very convenient with texting responses and very welcoming customer service. We would absolutely stay in this condo again! We loved Breckenridge and Keystone! Keystone night skiing was epic and only 30 minutes drive (MUST SEE). Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The unit is really well appointed, perfectly located, and everything we needed for our group. That said, the walls and floors feel paper thin. If anyone is talking outside, it sounds like they are right next to you, and if the people above you are awake, you are definitely awake.

From this location, main street shops are in walking distance. The free bus goes right by. the bus ride was so short, we came back to the apartment for lunch. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you could need. We cooked a full breakfast and made salads for lunch each day. The gas fireplace is nice during mornings and evenings. The beds are very comfortable. The art work over the king bed is a little interesting.

Great condo, great location, great experience. Walking distance to the Snowflake ski lift and downtown is a 5 minute walk as well. Cristy Sports Ski rental is across the street. Condo was clean, tastefully decorated with adequate parking. Everything you need is walking distance.

Ideally located between ski lifts and downtown Breckinridge. We felt we had the best of both worlds. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge bonus too!

This condo was perfect for our group of five from two families. We could have hosted one more because the owners replaced the twin-sized bed with new bunk beds, so new that pine sap was oozing out of the wood. The condo was centrally located in town and conveniently at end of Four O'Clock run and within walking distance of the Snowflake lift. Parking for two cars was helpful also. A teapot for boiling water would be useful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out was a breeze. The place was nice, spacious, a quick walk to the snowflake lift, and the complex has two hot tubs so there's plenty of room. Would stay again!

Unit was extremely clean, quiet and conveniently located. Layout of the unit was really good. The bedrooms are located away from the common area which allowed individuals to watch television/visit in the living room and not disturb those who are trying to sleep. It’s a quick, easy walk downtown to numerous bars and restaurants or head up the hill to enjoy the many hiking trails on the mountain.
