This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe townhome works great for families or groups of up to eight, and with three “suite” bedrooms with private bathrooms, it’s perfect multiple families or couples to share. The living area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the home and take advantage of the views of the surrounding mountains. Throw in a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, and you’ve got the ideal place to brag about your day on the slopes or catch a movie!

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and everything you need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining room table seats six, and there’s room for four more at the kitchen counter. And, just off the living area is a deck with a private hot tub!

This home also boasts a huge master suite with mountain views, a private heated one-car garage, an in-unit washer/dryer and access to the Upper Village Pool complex with seasonal heated outdoor pool & hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. LOWER LEVEL:

  • Queen suite 1: queen bed, private attached bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
  • Queen suite 2: queen bed, private attached bathroom with walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

This townhome was pretty spectacular. The location was great -- close enough to town, and walking distance to Peak 9. Our family of 4 had a really good time. The living room was our favorite part, with tall ceilings and open space, with a nice gas fire under the TV. The hot tub was perfect, and the rooms were adequate. Also very nice to have a garage that's heated, so you don't have to clean off ice and snow each time you drive. Only drawbacks were the dishware (not a lot of coffee mugs, not the cleanest, and no scrubs or dish towels) and lack of filtered water coming out of the fridge. Other than that, solid place.

Loved that property was short walk to downtown, super convenient location. Management company was easy to work with, checked on our stay and sent someone over to handle a couple of minor things.

Had a great experience at this property with a group of 7. Very close to the lift and the house had all of the amenities that you would need on a winter get away. Enough beds to accommodate the group and was furnished with everything we needed except for coffee mugs. It only had 5 mugs available so we had to share a bit in the morning. Property was very clean with a hot tub right outside the back porch for easy access and convenience. Dining and living area was furnished to fit the entire group without any issues. Fire place was nice and they also provided humidifiers for each room, although one was not working properly. Property management was very professional and very helpful with requests and questions. Overall very satisfied with the stay and I would definitely rebook for our next trip to breckenridge!

The place was amazing! Clean and well managed. Check in and out was breeze and the staff was super friendly and prompt. Walking distance to slopes and downtown was huge plus! Definitely would return for another ski getaway!

The location to town was great maybe a little to walk to the lift but overall great spot. Family had a great stay and will definitely look at similar property for future visit.

Unit 6 is a great condo that is located very close (3 minute walk) to all the shops in Breckenridge. The unit has a garage and is set up on 2 levels. We were there in August and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans to help keep the rooms cool. There is no AC. One downstairs bedroom had a broken sliding door and could not be opened which made the room stuffy. The condo is on a major road, so there is traffic noise almost constantly. Probably not an issue in the winter with windows closed. There were small maintenance issues (broken slider, broken kitchen drawer, lights not working in hot tub), but overall the unit had everything we needed and plenty of space. The rental agency provided plenty of towels and everything we needed to be comfortable (sheets, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, etc.)

This house is in a great location. Short walk to the quicksilver chair for skiing and a short walk to downtown for shopping, dining, and hanging out. The house is due for some maintenance and updates. We had to call maintenance to unclog a sink and fix the fireplace upon our arrival. The house just feels worn in and shows it’s age. New carpets and finishes are definitely due. The kitchen pans were all scratched and heavily used non stick pans. The house is also due for an inventory of kitchen tools (no spatula for example). The listing also said there was a grill, but none to be found. The beds and linens are also due for upgrades. Lastly, the rental was not very clean. Carpets weren’t vacuumed, the house was dusty, nothing too egregious, but definitely sub par. Overall, the house is in a great location, but for the price we expected much more in terms of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
