This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom moderate penthouse condo offers spectacular views and a comfy retreat for up to six. And with two master bedrooms, it’s also great for two couples to share! Walking into the living area, you’re welcomed by a beautiful gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV to relax and chat about the day’s adventures. Step out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir and the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to keep your group happy and fed, and there’s a dining table that seats six.

Other amenities include community outdoor hot tubs and gas BBQ, complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer and parking for two vehicles. The condo was very clean and well organized with all necessities for your needs. The view from all the rooms is gorgeous and so enjoyable. We went in the winter but it should be even better in the summer. Right across there is a lake and the mountains, very beautiful! We had a little issue with a toilet but it was resolved next day and the communication was great. You highly recommend them! Thank you!

My husband and I had to change summit mountain properties in the middle of our stay. The management team was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made the move easy and stress free. The property itself was fantastic! The view was breathtaking. The property, which has huge windows in every room and a skylight, allowed for optimal natural light and an outstanding view from every room. The property itself is in a quiet complex with lovely neighbors. It is a 3 minute drive from Frisco center (Walmart, restaurants, ski rentals, etc.). It is a great location for a needed relax vacation with an option to go out and explore the near by town. If you feel like staying in, you can relax by the fireplace, read a book on the balcony, or drink wine in one of the three jacuzzis (right across from the rental). It is then perfect location to determine what type of vacation is needed. The rental had more than enough extra blankets, pillows, towels, etc. The kitchen contained everything possibly needed, with a huge fridge and oven. Sarah and David, from Summit Mountain Rentals, are so beyond helpful. Sarah went way above and beyond in order to find the optimal rentals and was incredibly helpful, patient, nice and professional. She made the vacation stress free. David, was incredibly helpful with guidance and recommendations. He spoke with us on the phone regarding driving in snow in Colorado and provided practical and important tips. His kindness, humor, advice and kindness were exactly what we needed. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting through Summit Mountain Rentals.

Great location, fantastic view, spacious unit for our family of four. Full kitchen was adequately equipped, washer/dryer very handy and everyone was pleased to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Climbing the stairs to the unit wasn't as bad as I thought, especially after a long day on the slopes. Nice to have the hot tubs right across from the unit. Will check availability here first for our next trip out!

This is our annual ski trip. 26 years with the guys. Most of our trips have been to Summit County. This is our 2nd year staying is this unit. For many years we leased a similar unit from an individual. It is 3 guys and we like the layout...3 bedrooms with 3 separate baths.But as a group we have decided this unit is not worth the price we paid and the check in process is awkward. Duplication of information I already provided online with the condo reservation. Should just have a lockbox with code on door with addition this condo is bare with no kitchen condiments for cooking. You must buy everything..only thing was coffee filters and salt and pepper. Furniture very basic with terrible bathroom soap provided...condo not worth price.

The space was BEAUTIFUL! It was much larger than we expected and comfortably fit our group of 6. Can't beat this location, 5 minute drive to the downtown area/supermarkets/restaurants/gas and 15-20 minute drive to Copper Mountain. The space was clean and well kept. The views from this unit were truly breathtaking! The unit was comfortable and roomy and the location was perfect for easy access to Copper, Breck and Keystone. The garage was narrow, but long enough to store items for easy access. The kitchen was not as equipped as other units we've stayed in -- adding a few serving pieces would be really helpful. I also think providing the bathrooms with adequate necessary supplies would be great! The property management folks were extremely professional, yet kind and they were as good as their word - outstanding! We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo during ski season. It was nice having a loft area with the extra beds. The condo was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. NIce gas fireplace and large TV. Kitchen furnishing were adequate (not exceptional). I would note that this is a condo on an upper level (which makes for a nice view across the lake!) but also does require going up three flights of steps. Not a problem for us but might be a barrier for some situations. We've stayed in the Dillon / Frisco area annually for many years and appreciate the value of this location - close to the expressway and central to make it a very easy drive to Keystone, Breck, Copper, or Vail/BC. We'd stay here again.

Glorious! Starting with the spectacular views of Lake Dillon, Continental Divide, Mt Baldy, and especially the extrodinary sunrises! Only drawbacks were downtown Frisco was not w/in walking distance and there was no workout facility in-house. Hot tubs were a big plus and well utilized by us. Proximity to Breck, Copper, Vail and Keystone a major plus.

Two good things about this condo are the view and the 2 master bedrooms. We travel each autumn with another couple. We trailer motorcycles to ride and we golf. This was a perfect jump off point to do both. The downside was our trailer became a problem - the garage was only 7 feet wide so our trailer wouldn't fit into the garage. They allowed us to park it on the property even though the covenants do not accommodate trailers. The up side was the spectacular ride to Aspen past Twin Lakes and over Independence Pass and golf on the Breckenridge public course - great course and reasonably priced. Frisco and the surrounding area do have enough fun restaurants and shops to keep you interested for a few days stay. I didn't give the condo 5 stars on location simply because I-70 is your back yard. You can't see it but it can be heard at night. It did not bother me - I would easily book this property again.

Photos of the condo on the website are exactly what the place looks like so no one should be disappointed. Rooms worked out great for 3 couples. Kitchen has enough utensils to cook whatever, but you gotta love the Moose Jaw Bar & Grill (the burger) We must go there at least once each Frisco Vacation.

It was nice not to have to drive all the way to Breckenridge to check into this property located in Frisco. Condo layout was great. We did struggle a little to keep climbing stairs to 3rd floor. Garage was very nice to keep one car and the skis in so did not have to carry up to the 3rd floor daily. Only complaint was that on Sunday at 6 a.m. someone was scrapping snow/ice from in front of all the units...good it was cleaned off but woke us up earlier than we wanted. Good & bad!

This is the fifth year renting a condo or home in Summit County. This rental was by far the nicest yet. It was the perfect location, and the layout of the condo really suited our needs. I would definitely rent this unit, or one similar again next year. We were pleasantly surprised to find humidifiers in both Master Bedrooms which really helped us with the dryer air we are not accustomed to. The views from the condo were beautiful! Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer. We did not get to take advantage of the hot tub, but this unit was located very close and would have been like having it in your own back yard. Surprisingly there was NO street traffic noise, even though it is located close to i70, and the Dam Road. We found the temperature in the condo to be very comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed, although we never ate a meal there, it would have been easy to cook and entertain. This unit has the loft with two twin beds, and a full bath which we did not use, but would be great if we had the grandkids staying with us.

My friends and I (4) were staying at a hotel in Breckenridge. When the time came, we realized we weren't ready to go home! I called the number for this property and, in 5 minutes, had a reservation for the rest of the week. The view was gorgeous and almost every room had access to the balcony. The best part though? Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, even our own guests who traveled up for the weekend. If you are thinking about staying here, it is definitely time to book!

We loved having 2 king beds. The gas fireplace was easy to use and very warm. The larage TV was a nice plus, too. And we had plenty of hot water for 5 people.
