This beautiful 3-bedroom + den, 3-bathroom premium townhome is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to ten people. You’ll love the deck with a gas grill and a large private hot tub with views of the Tenmile Range; it’s the perfect place to soothe your bones after a day on the mountain! As you enter the home, the living room welcomes you with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The layout is open and spacious between the living room and the kitchen, and the deck is right off the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you’ll need to make a fantastic dinner for your group. There’s seating for six people at the dining table, and room for another four at the breakfast bar. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer in the unit and a two-car garage with parking for a third vehicle in the driveway. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Den: sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • Parking: 2-car garage with 1 outdoor spaces — 3 spaces total.

This home was not only beautiful but perfect for my coworkers and I on our work trip. We were able to work all day and then cone home to a nice fire and relax in beautiful hottub. I recommend this home to any group of up to 4 people.

The hot tub is definitely the star of the show at this rental. We loved using it after long days of winter sports. The house is cozy and spacious. Nice and warm. The garage is a big plus. Would stay here again for sure.

Summit Mountain rental is the best rental management I deal With. They are responsive and take care of clients’ needs. The condo looks better on the picture than in person. It’s not a premium level unit though. The condition of this property is clean.

Decent rental did the job for a weekend with family. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited/low quality but this was made up for by the convenience of the shuttle and general proximity to the mountain. Great option in a pinch.

Overall property was in good condition. However, a frozen solid ice maker and ice frozen ice shoot, gas grill drip tray not cleaned for months, and the door to the garage that would not closed properly dropped our rating of this property.

This townhouse is super comfortable and extremely convenient. The kitchen was missing a few things like oven mitts but had plenty of pots and pans. The hot tub is easily accessible, even in 2 feet of snow which fell on our last two days. The shuttle bus to the slopes stopped right in front of our circle of houses, so the snow plows kept the road in passable shape all through the storm, even clearing out the driveways.

We rented the property with 2 other families of 3 people and it was great. Very cozy and clean. Kids had a blast in the hot tub. The only thing that got a little difficult to deal with was the bed set ups. We were 10 (4 adults and 6 kids). The issue was the adults sleeping. We had one couple (myself and hubby) and the other 2 adults were single moms and didn't want to sleep together. 4 girls wanted the bunk bedroom. 2 boys in the sleeper couch. We managed after several permutations, but there were some nights were sleeping wasn't great. It might have just been us. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Fully equiped to the point we only needed food to survive.

Great location with convenient shuttle outside to Breck. Good two car garage and nice firewall place. Beds are comfortable and rental agency is really nice. Furniture is a little old but everything is nice. Hot tub and bbq is excellent. neighbourhood is very quiet.

The townhome was very comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood and only a few miles from town. The outdoor patio is very small with no view and right on the road. That was the only negative. We like to spend a lot of time outside enjoying a view so that is why this was not our favorite thing.

Although we had a nice weekend stay, we would consider this unit somewhat worn and in need of some maintenance and cleaning. At least 5 windows were missing the plastic rod that would allow the window shades to be opened. The back deck, porch and garage were very dusty to the extend that shoe prints would show when walking on them. I swept all 3 areas and put more than 3 snow shovels full of first, dust and sand into the trash. The garden hose for the back deck had at least 5 holes in it and could not be used to spray water to clean off the deck or porch. Just needs some extra attention to cleaning and refreshing the unit.
