This cozy home in the woods surrounded by pine trees offers a true mountain vacation experience. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, Blue River Getaway lets you immerse yourself in a quiet wooded setting, but you’re close enough to hit the town for a delicious dinner or a great day of skiing. Your family and friends will love it!

Blue River Getaway is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home that accommodates up to eight people. The living area is spacious and features a flat-screen TV and a wood stove, as well as large windows that let in lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with everything you need to whip up memorable mountain meals for everyone in your group.

Just off the living area is a deck that allows you to enjoy the beautiful setting of this home. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and three outdoor parking spaces. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SLEEPS 8:

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 1: two twin beds with twin trundle beds. (sleeps 4)

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, attached private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)
  • Bedroom 3: queen bed. (sleeps 2)
  • Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card upon check in.
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  • A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter months.
  • Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total. (Garage is not available for guests)
  • No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
  • Short-term rental license #LR22-000007.

Could not have asked for a more perfect space for my parents and I. The cabin was clean, well equipped, spacious, cozy, and those windows gave us spectacular outdoor views daily, especially during snowfalls! I appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, even the humidifier I made sure to use. Though not dealbreakers, I'd update the mattresses downstairs and also add some trash bins in the bathrooms. The community this cabin is located at is beautiful, filled with trees and views, and secluded but only 7 minutes away from Main St. Breckenridge! The team from Summit Mountain Rentals provided excellent customer service by responding to my basic questions immediately. If you are looking for an opportunity to see more snow and nature, as well as have a spacious stay with your family, this is definitely your place. We had a memorable family dinner on our last night on the large dinner table, followed by gathering by the fire in the living room - all of it made for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. The house was wonderful. Property management was very professional with easy instructions through email and text. The kitchen was well appointed, even including a crock pot. Heated floors in kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely needed the 4 wheel drive to get into driveway. Our only thought was that it would be nice to have an additional tv in a bedroom. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for relaxing and getting out and about too.

A really terrific location and marvelous interior space. Lovely winter getaway spot that was right around the corner from our son's place. Bonus is the neighborhood is great for strolls. Amazing setting.

Great for a family gathering - 6 of us (ages 16-76), from MI, TX, and CO. Nice accommodations. Good for sitting and talking. Convenient location for ordering take-out, with the option of cooking our own. Lots of hikes nearby, or even down the street on which the property is located.

We absolutely loved this home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Breckenridge and some great hiking trails. The home itself was perfect for our family. Beds were very comfortable and it had just the right amount of space.

Spent one fantastic week in this beautiful home visiting with family, cooking, and relaxing. Couldn't have had a better time and this was the best house for our needs (age range from 5 months to 88!). There was even a great trail within walking distance and the distance from Breckenridge was great.

We loved this rental. It was extremely clean and well kept. Extras in the condo were extremely helpful such as Tupperware, tin foil, extra towels, etc. It was very roomy with large spaces to gather and store luggage. We were very comfortable. The heated kitchen and bathroom floors were such a treat! We will absolutely rent this house again. Summit Mountain Rentals were extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed.
